Notes on prices
All prices include electricity (air conditioning) satellite TV, laundry and cleaning.
All visa's, flights and transfers are excluded, however; we do arrange transfers at an additional cost.
Discount will be offered on all bookings for 3 weeks and over.
A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer with balance of payment 6 weeks before departure.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible and we will accommodate these as best we can to suit arrival and departure times.

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children as the shared pool has a children's shallow area. The balcony over looks the salt lakes and all windows have ornate bars for added safety/security.
Inside the apartment we have an information booklet which has leaflets and fliers detailing trips and restaurants which have been recommended by ourself and many of our guests who have helped contribute to this information.
Accessibility
The property is on the ground floor with just 2 steps to the door making easy access.
Outside
The complex has beautifully landscaped gardens, shaped shared swimming pool with shallow children's area and steps for access and a small restaurant. Within a 10 minute walk into Arpora you can book car/bike hire,trips to waterfalls, spice plantations, river cruises, elephant safari, fishing trips and much more, there is also Internet facilities, supermarkets, clothes and jewellery shops and money exchange. Arpora is much smaller and quieter than nearby Baga and Calungute.
Coast/Beach
Complex is about 20 mins walk or 5 mins taxi ride to the nearest beach in Baga. The beach stretches to other beaches of Calungute and Candolim, all have plenty of beach shacks to choose from all serving a wide range of food and drinks from morning to night with something for everyone including BBQ, jet ski's parascending and banana boats. About a 40 minute taxi ride away are the beautiful quiet golden sandy beaches of Ashvem and Mandrem with palm trees and stilted bamboo beach huts to stay in.
Travel
Dabolim is the nearest airport which is about 45 mins taxi ride and can be pre booked through us at a cost of approx £12 payable directly to the taxi driver. Moped and car hire is readily available.
Distances
Blue Beach Resort is situated in Arpora, there are lovely restaurants all within walking distance from the complex and right outside the gates, the supermarket and local shops are about 5 mins walk. Baga is the nearest larger resort about 15-20 minutes walk away where there are a large number of restaurants, bars, shops etc. Laundry service is available opposite the gates, right next to the restaurant, which is run by a local family.
Further details
There are taxi's available outside the hotel complex, there is also a local bus service which is very cheap starting from 5 Rupees. Within our information pack we have a taxi price list giving costs for various places to visit, we also give you some information on recommended trips and restaurants etc. On arrival we provide you with water and fresh orange juice, tea and coffee to get you started. All our guests have the use of a mobile phone, which will have our contact numbers in case of any problems, also Julius and Maria’s contact numbers they look after the apartment for us and they will be happy to help and assist you should you need anything while you are away, it is a pay as you go phone and credit can be topped up locally if you wish to use it.
Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Late bookings to be paid for in full no less than 5 days before departure.

The apartment was great, well furnished and well located. It was very comfortable, the resort itself was quite nice. My wife and I loved your collection of books. The "information booklet" you have in the apartment was our bible and helped us a lot in choosing the restaurants we wanted to eat at. Overall it was a very enjoyable and fullfilling experience. I would love to rent the place again next year.
