Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Book 3 weeks or more and get a 10% discount off the total booking cost. This discount offer excludes 14 December - 5 January period. Prices negotiable for longer stays.
Special offer: all bookings taken in May/June for any holiday will receive a 15% discount off the total cost of their booking.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible and we will accommodate these as best we can to suit arrival and departure times.

| Kitchen: | The modern fitted kitchen comes with fridge/freezer, electric 2 ring hob, complete with toaster, kettle, iron and all cooking utensils and plates/saucepans etc. Ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs. Microwave oven. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge is open plan with ceiling fan and air-conditoning, sofa bed, carved wooden furniture, satellite TV, mini Hi-Fi, leading to balcony furnished with cane chairs and coffee table overlooking the salt lakes which is home to a wide variety of bird life. |

Towels and linen are provided, cleaning will be carried out twice a week including linen and towel change. |

Suitable for children as the shared pool has a children's shallow area. The balcony over looks the salt lakes and all windows have ornate bars for added safety/security.

Accessibility
The property is on the ground floor with just 2 steps to the door making easy access for elderly.
Outside
The complex has beautifully landscaped gardens with shaded bamboo canopies if required, shaped shared swimming pool with shallow children's area and steps for access. There is a local travel agent opposite the complex where you can book car/bike hire,trips to waterfalls, spice plantations, river cruises, elephant safari, fishing trips and much more, they are also have Internet facilities and money exchange.
Coast/Beach
Complex is 15/20 mins walk or 5 mins taxi ride to the nearest beach in Baga. The beach stretches to other beaches of Calungute and Candolim, all have plenty of beach shacks to choose from all serving a wide range of food and drinks from morning to night with something for everyone including BBQ, jet ski's parascending and banana boats. About a 40 minute taxi ride away are the beautiful quiet golden sandy beaches of Ashvem and Mandrem with palm trees and stilted bamboo beach huts to stay in.
Travel
Dabolim is the nearest airport which is about 45 mins taxi ride and can be pre booked through us at a cost of approx £10 - £12 payable directly to the taxi driver. Moped and car hire is readily available.
Distances
Blue Beach Resort is situated in Arpora, there are lovely restaurants within walking distance from the complex and right outside the gates there is 'Willys' restaurant and next to that a place where you can book trips, use the internet, change money, the supermarket and local shops are about 5 mins walk. Laundry service is available opposite the gates run by a local family.
Further details
There are taxi's readily available outside the hotel complex, there is also a local bus service which is very cheap starting from 5 Rupees. Within our information pack we have a taxi price list giving costs for various places to visit, we also give you some information on recommended trips and restaurants etc. On arrival we provide you with water and fresh orange juice, tea and coffee to get you started. All our guest have the use of a mobile phone, which will have our contact numbers in case of any problems, also Julius and Maria’s contact numbers who look after the apartment, they will be happy to help and assist you should you need any thing while your away, it is a pay as you go phone and credit can be topped up locally if you wish to use it.
Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Late bookings to be paid for in full no less than 5 days before departure.

'My wife and I have just returned from a superb 2 week holiday in the apartment.Arrangements were friendly, quick and problem free. The apartment is in an ideal quiet position but within easy walking distance of a small supermarket and at least nine very good/good restaurants. Collection from and return to the airport was hassle free and the taxi driver, Julius, was always prompt every time we used his services. His wife Maria was also helpful when she came shopping with us in Mapusa using her local knowledge for pricing to our advantage.We are planning to return again in November.'
