Notes on accommodation
The apartments are on the third floor facing the sea which allows for wonderful evening relaxing on the balcony watching the glorious Indian sunset. Quality sheets and towels are included, sheets are laundered twice weekly and apartments are cleaned six days a week. There are no additional charges for the A/C.

Outside
There is a large warm swimming pool (max depth 5 foot) for sole use of the hotel residents with ample sunbeds.
The hotel has a restaurant serving a variety of food and drinks throughout the day.
There is also a beauty therapy salon on site.

Coast/Beach
Candolim beach is a 10 minute walk or taxis are available at the hotel gates.

Travel
The nearest airport is Dabolim which is approximately 25 miles and takes 50 minutes. A taxi transfer will be arranged on your arrival and will cost no more than £10.

Distances
The busy towns of Calangute/Baga are 3 miles north and the capital city Panjii is 8 miles to the east.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to your travel date.
A £150 refundable deposit is required subject to no damages or breakages.
