| The Studio is great, but not spacious. It has a 6ft double bed and built in wardrobe, an en- suite with shower, basin and western WC and all you ned to prepare light meals and snacks. Wooden French doors open out from the bedroom onto a patio where there is a table and chairs facing into the beautiful garden. There is a ceiling fan, cable TV and fresh white bed linen. | |

Panoramic Apartment

The Panoramic is a wonderful apartment which has one large twin bedroom with 2 four poster carved wooden beds, a high ceiling, over head fan & built in wardrobe. Thisroom has a door out onto beautiful large balcony with a sofa. It also has a large double bedroom with a 6ft wooden bed, a high ceiling and over head fan and a built in wardrobe. There is a wash room with shower, western WC & white marble basin unit. Kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle, hot plates and reverse osmosis water filtration system for pure safe drinking water is in the landing and has large wooden French doors opening out onto another huge balocny. Four large balconies all together. Rocking chairs, sofas, dining table and 6 chairs, lanterns, excellent for dining and relaxing outside and as chill out areas. Wonderful bird watching too, lots of eagles! Cable TV with Sky news, CNN, movie, history, discovery, comedy, Bollywood channels etc. Patio and garden, fresh shite bed linen provided. |

Notes on accommodation
This property is ideal for those with or without children. It is also ideal for friends or families wishing to holiday together and yet have their own privacy by taking the villa as three separate units. It is also perfect for a large family or party of people who can take it as one large villa with its 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens along with living rooms, dining room, balconies, patio and garden. It`s a romantic and idyllic place to stay enjoying a calm and peaceful location and yet being so close to the beaches with all their may activities and offerings.
Outside
The garden is filled with an array of palm and fruit trees and an abundance of bright bougonvillia surrounds it. There is a large sandstone patio area around the villa with table and chairs, 4 huge balconies upstairs, two of which are covered and furnished and a porch downstairs with a swing chair and sofa. The garden is a great place to rig up a hammock and relax under a coconut palm!
The beach is only a 7 minute walk from the house, but for those who prefer pools, there is a magnificent one in the hotel grounds opposite the house which guests of our villa can use at a small cost. There are bars and restaurants by the pool and a children's pool too. There is also a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, a snooker hall, spas, jacuzzis, a state of the art gym, jet skiing and a chartered yacht available at the hotel.
Coast/Beach
7 minute walk to idyllic paradise beache and lagoon. There are quiet secluded beaches nearby and also those with plenty of action, beach bars, restaurants, dolphin and backwater shakhira trips, volley ball, beach cricket and football for all to join in.
Golf
9 hole seaside golf course in hotel grounds opposite with caddy cars. Regular golf tournaments. (Every Thursday I believe, enquire further at hotel).
Travel
Daboulim (Goa) airport is an hour and 15mins drive by taxi from the villa. (1000 rupees - approx 20 euro) If you require for us to organise a taxi to collect you then let us know and this can be arranged. Margao train station is 45mins drive from the villa and has train connections to and from most of the major Indian cities.
Distances
The villa is in a quiet village which has an excellent sea-side sea food restaurant, internet facilities, samosa cafes etc. It is accross the road from the Intercontinental 7 star hotel with it`s abundant facilities, stunning swimming pool, etc which guests of our villa can use at small cost. It is 7 mins walk from a beautiful beach. We are 2kms from Patnem beach and 4.5kms from Palolem. Both have an abundance of activities, restaurants etc. Chaudi town is 1km away and Margao city is 36km away.
Further details
Ayeurvedic, yoga and holistic treatment centres nearby. Phone and Internet 30 seconds walk away. ATM at State Bank of India in nearby Chaudi. Maid and laundry service daily. Managers Christina and Gabor run therestaurant beside the villa and are alwas on hand should you need them. Bring a torch as power cuts in South Goa are almost daily for about five mins at a time and so it`s good in case there is one in the evening to be prepared!! It all adds to the Indian ambiance of your stay!!
