Sofia’s house annexe ‘Rooms to Let’ is located at the rear of the main house and is situated in a village called Parra in North Goa. Parra is a quiet and serene village. It is 10-15 minutes away from the Coastal beaches of Anjuna, Vagator, Baga, Calangute and Candolim. Outside the rooms is a long veranda with chairs. In front of the veranda is a nice small garden with plants and pot plants and a hammock to laze upon. A barbecue set is in the garden.

To the side of the rooms is the exclusive kitchen to prepare your breakfast and meals which consists of a 2 ring cooker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and crockery. |

Each room has its own storage place for suitcases and bags. There are 2 bedside tables, a TV, fridge, ceiling fan, table with 2 chairs, cutlery and drinking water glasses. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Services provided are rooms and gallery swept and mopped daily except Sundays. Bed linen and towels will be changed twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
A free pick and drop to the Goa - Dabolim Airport which is about 45km distance will be arranged. The 2 rooms are independent from each other. Minimum booking of a room is one week. Maximum 2 people sharing a room. The accommodation is self-catering. Prices are per room per week.

The rooms are 10-15 minutes drive to the coastal beaches of Anjuna, Vagator, Baga, Calangute and Candolim.
Travel
A car with driver can be arranged. Rates to different places of interest can be negotiated with driver. Hire of scooter can be arranged as well. You will need your international driving licence. Below are some approximate one-way taxi rates from place of residence to: Baga beach Rupees 150, Calangute beach Rupees 200, Arambol beach (end of North Goa) Rupees 1800, Candolim beach Rupees 250, Sinquerim beach Rupees 300, Colva beach (South Goa) Rupees 1800, Mapusa town Rupees 150.

Goa is along the west coast of India. Goa was colonised by Portugal for almost 450 years and has a blend of Portuguese and Indian cultures. There is a lot to see in Goa like the famous churches of Old Goa, the famous temples of Goa, spice plantations, Dudhsagar waterfalls, crocodile and dolphin tour, bird watching and wildlife sanctuaries.
Booking notes
