One bedroom ground floor apartment with two balconies. Shared pool and landscape gardens. Fully air conditioned. This complex has its own fishing lakes. The French Bakery next door is a fabulous place to chill and dine. Feel free to take along your laptop and tune in to there wireless connection. A ten min walk with take you to the nearest bars in the village of Arpora where you will find some the finest eating places. It is centrally located for both Calangute & Baga which is a 5 minutes taxi ride, cost you around £1.50. Baga being the nearest beach.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is fully air-conditioned plus ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This complex is suitable for both couples and families. Cots, high chairs, and buggy on request at no extra cost.
Outside
Both balconies have beautiful cane furniture and lead off onto the pool area. The pool area has sun lounges and is surrounded with landscaped gardens, coconut palms and lemon trees.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Baga which is a 5 mins taxi ride away.
From here the beach strectches into Canlangute and Candolim. These beaches are lined with shacks offering free sunbeds. You can wine and dine in these shacks from morning till late and there is often a weekly barbecue taking place with fireworks and plenty of entertainment.
Golf
The nearest golf course is in Palolem which is in the South.
A two day break to Palolem is a fabulous experience, staying in coco huts and enjoying the beach life day and night.
Trips can be arranges.

Travel
The nearest airport is Dablomin which is 45 mins away.
Why not book your return taxi with me, 4 persons per taxi pick up from Dablomin on your arrival direct to your apartment. Then again on your departure £20 paid directly to the taxi driver in sterling or rupees.
Distances
Riviera Residency is situated between the 2 Saturday night markets of Arpora. In the village of Arpora there are many bars and restaurants. The famous club Cabanna is in Arpora its a spectacular night out with its outdoor swimming pool, Wednesday’s ladies free all night including drinks. Don't miss it!
Further details
Internet shop next door and seconds away is the French bakery cafe which serves delicious food also has wireless connection for laptop users. The nearest bank is a 5 mins taxi ride into Calangute where it has many bars, eating places, shops, gyms, beauty salons, chemists and doctors. There are plenty off money exchange places in calangute with good exchange rates.
Booking notes
£100 none returnable deposit is required which will secure your booking, the balance has to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
Xmas and New year bookings require a £200 deposit
