Our 2 bedroom villa comprises of a kitchen/dining area, lounge and bathroom on the ground floor and both bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. There are balconies for both bedrooms on the first floor and a covered porch area to the front of the villa. There are several well stocked shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Arpora which are easily within walking distance.

Air conditioning charges are in addition to the rental prices.
The property is unavailable from 1 May - 30 September (monsoon season).
Minimum booking of a weeks rental during Christmas & New Year period.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables with table lamps and furnished balcony overlooking the complex.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, double wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables with table lamps and furnished balcony. |
| Bathrooms: |
There are 2 bathrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. Both bathrooms have shower, wc, sink with vanity mirror and health faucet. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen and dining area is open plan and has a fitted kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer, sink, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and iron/ironing board.
There is also a cane dining table, chairs and 3 piece suite with coffee table. |
| Living Rooms: |
Our living room boasts a large bay window providing lots of light, 2 leather 2-seat sofas, coffee table, television with tata Sky, DVD player, CD player stereo system. |

A safety deposit box is available for guests use. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided. Maid service is 3 times per week - cleaning of villa only, maid service does not include personal laundry services.
Linen and towels are changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms if required which is charged at £25 per week.
A tumble dryer is available in the gymnasium on the complex for guests use if required.

Outside
The villa is in the corner of the complex set within landscaped gardens. The swimming pool is shared and has areas for sunbathing and sitting.
The balconies both have cane furniture for sitting out on, and the cane chairs in the dining area can be moved out onto the porch if required.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to the villa is Baga which is approx 5 minutes taxi drive or 20 minutes walk away. The beach at Baga goes to Candolim and has many beach shacks. There are quieter beaches further north from Arpora.
Travel
The international airport in Goa is located at Dabolim which is approx 1 hour's drive away.
Distances
There are several well stocked shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Arpora which are easily within walking distance, as well as the infamous Club Cabana nightclub, located in the hills of Arpora. Baga and Calangute have many more bars, restaurants and shops.

Banks in Calangute have 24 hour ATMs.
Booking notes
A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking.
Balance payment is paid by cheque or bank transfer 8 weeks before departure.
A deposit of £50 is required at the time of balance payment being made to cover breakages/damage etc. during stay, refundable after stay providing no damage has occurred.
