Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible and we try to accommodate arrival & departure timings, but you may be asked to vacate the apartment earlier than you would wish if we have new guests arriving.

2 double sized bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds. Both have wardrobes and ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite, both fully fitted and with shower. Spacious lounge/dining room, with pretty wooden 3 peice suite, dining table and chairs, coffee table, AC, cable TV, DVD player and phone (local calls only). There are also ceiling fans. Separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and 2-ring gas cooker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a 30ft balcony, with cane furniture, which leads to the communal swimming pool and gardens. |

Notes on accommodation
Towels and bed linen are included and changed weekly. Maid service is also included 3 times a week.
Outside
The complex is set within landscaped gardens. There is a large swimming pool for the use of all residents, and for those who feel fit, there is a gymnasium.
Coast/Beach
Arpora is about a 20 minute walk or five minute taxi ride from Baga beach. There are also other, quieter beaches, which are easily accessed by taxi.
Travel
The nearest aiport is Dabolim, which is about 1 hours taxi ride away. Taxis from the airport can be arranged if neccessary. Taxis are readily available and cheap.
Distances
Casa Del Mar & Vibhuvan are situated in the village of Arpora. Other villages ie; Calangute, Candolim can be easily reached by taxi or on foot if you feel energetic.
Further details
There are many shops, supermarkets & restaurants within walking distance or if you want to go further afield, taxis are readily available.
Booking notes
A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required to secure all bookings. A £50 breakages deposit will also be required. Full payment will need to be made at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
