Ideally situated in peaceful location, yet only a 2 minutes walk to the many busy bars and restaurants in Calangute centre. Also centrally situated for both Candolim and Baga which are a 5 minutes taxi ride away.

Changeover day
It's a good idea to book a taxi this will ensure your immediate transfer,and the key to the apartment. Payment is made on arrival for transfers in Rupees or UK Pounds.

Outside
South facing sun terrace complete with beautiful cane furniture, for those unwinding alfresco evenings. Plus sun beds for the apartments customers only.
Coast/Beach
It's just a 10 minutes to walk to the nearest beach of Calangute or 2 minutes taxi ride, which will cost around £1. Here you can soak up the sun in one of the many beach shacks then wine and dine till sunset or even later. You can enjoy some of the fabulous Indian cuisines or even a barbeque with live music and fireworks that will go on till after midnight.
Golf
The nearest golf course is in the south just outside Palolem.
Palolem is a great place to go for a couple of days.

Travel
Dablomin airport is approx 45 minutes transfer to Calangute. Transfers available on request at an extra charge of £10 one way or £20 return per taxi. Taxi takes up to 4 adults plus luggage.

Further details
Banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beauty therapies, there are a number of sports gyms in calangute which have a good selection of cardio vascular equipment, free weights, multi gyms, personal trainers, different classes from beginners to more advanced levels. These are all within walking distance.
Booking notes
Payments can be made by bank transfer or paypal, payment can sometimes be paid on arrival for last minute bookings. Deposits start at £50 depending of length of booking. A 3 weeks and over will require £150 deposit and payment in full 8 weeks prior to departure.

Went in Feb 2011 for 3 months.
Well maintained apartment, Best location ever, I was on my own and found it comfortably quite safe. Will definitely return if available, if I cant get in this apartment I will return to this complex. Anne Wigan.
