Situated on a beautiful residential complex with a lovely pool and maturing gardens. The complex is gated with security.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned in lounge and dining room and also in master bedroom, in the lounge there are three ceiling fans and also ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Additionally we have two Sky boxes one in the lounge and in the second bedroom so that separate viewing can be enjoyed, especially good for families or couples.

Accessibility
The apartment is upper ground level but is accessed via a path.
Outside
Good sized balcony with 4 comfortable chairs, 2 medium palms for shade and great views overlooking pool and surrounding jungle with eagles, peacocks and exotic birds and occasional monkey sightings.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk will get you to Vagator headland and to big Vagator to the right and to little Vagator to the left where you will find the carving of Shivas face, and the waterfall at the end of the beach. There are some good beach shacks for food and drink where you can see the sunsets.
Travel
Dabolin airport is 45 mins drive away. Taxis are readily available at reasonable rates.
Distances
Both Calangute and Mapusa are 15 mins away by car. The famous Wednesday flea Market is held in South Anjuna ten minutes away and the Ingos Saturday Night Bazaar in held in Arpora just past Anjuna, there are many temples to visit in Arpora, Calangute and Chapora and many chillout places to view amazing sunsets!
Further details
Garden villa is a good restaurant with a tranquil garden setting and is situated immediately next door. There are many internet facilities and a cash exchange post nearby. Also close by there are supermarkets fruit stalls and bakeries and a good range of restaurants all offering a range of cuisines to suit your taste. For Al Fresco dining Thalassa Greek Taverna overlooks Vagator Beach great chill out place and excellent food , perfect spot for beautiful Sunsets! There are many centres around Vagator and Anjuna with an array of therapies from Yoga to Reiki and especially Ayurvedic massage and you can also learn this too, we reccomend Lotus Ayurvedic Massage and Beauty Centre located inside the German Bakery in Anjuna, sessions and courses can be arranged locally and contact details can be found in the apartment, a great place to eat good wholesome food and juices and chill out in their lovely garden setting under the shade of Mango Trees and vines, also good wi-fi spot but charge is paid locally for internet.
Booking notes
A £150 deposit is required to secure booking for 6 weeks or longer in advance. Payment in full will be required if reservation is 6 weeks away or less.

Welcome pack was included with wine, fresh fruit, etc. after a delayed flight we found the apt. and complex was better than a 5* hotel! Eva and Sven from Sweden.
