Taxi from airport can be arranged. Baga (45 mins by road) is at the northern tip of beach that runs from the famous Fort Aquada (Taj hotel), past Calangute (main tourist area) and onto Baga with it's beach bars, restaurants & shops. Situated just after the famous concrete bridge, the location is not affected by usual Indian urban noise. The property has every amenity; satellite tv, phone (incoming only), CD player etc., Maid will help at nominal cost with shopping & cooking if needed. You must remember that this is India; you may be subject to power cuts, mossies & non-European standards !

Notes on prices
All prices are subject to Luxury tax (at applicable rate) paid locally at the end of your stay. This a local government requirement following an assessment of the property.
Currently tax is 10%; please check when booking for latest rate. Discounts are available for long term lets and repeat customers.

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

| Bathrooms: | All bathrooms en suite and are accessible from living area also. They have showers & w/cs. Laundry line also provided. |
| Kitchen: | Gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave & washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan, with dining area adjacent to the kitchen area. The lounge overlooks the pool & balcony and the balcony has a bamboo swing chair. Satellite TV, CD player & phone. |
| Other: | The studio/ spare single bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase. Free standing floor fan. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is serviced on a daily basis, all linen is included, linen changed every 3 days, subject to requirements. A maid is available at a nominal price, who will provide additional cleaning if needed and shop for local produce. |
Notes on accommodation
We have been designated as a Luxury Unit by the local Government assessors, thus a 10% charge is made at the end of your stay (payable in Indian Rupees). This gives you an idea of the quality of apartment on offer. To remain exclusive, we do ask that any laundry is not draped over the balcony! Ideal for children, with safe surroundings. Overnight visitors are not permitted under any circumstances.

Outside
The pool is located in private tropical gardens, which are well maintained. There is no BBQ area. Sun loungers are available.
The pool is shared with all owners, but seldom used as other owners reside overseas or in other Indian cities.
Thus there is an exclusive air about the premises.
Coast/Beach
Baga beach is a 3 minute walk via the 'ford' at low tide, this can be dangerous and we do advise guests to use the concrete bridge for access to Baga. This walk takes 7 minutes. There are no coast guards and the sea can be rough. Caution is advised.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dabolim (south of the main town, Panjim) and is approx. 45 minutes away by car.
Taxis are cheap, so no hire car facilities. Some visitors do hire motor bikes (not recommended!) for exploration inland.
Distances
Old Goa 20 minutes away. A fantastic insight into what Goa must have been like. (the population of Goa at one time exceeded that of Lisbon !)
Various Bird sanctuaries & tour guides available.
Panaji (pronounced Panjim) is worth a visit, with Casino 'steamers' for those who fancy a bet or two!
Further details
Bird watching, Ayurvedic massages and beauty therapies available closeby. Pilates, Yoga and Cookery courses all available nearby. Guests may have upto a maximum of four visitors to use the pool. This is strictly enforced for comfort & safety reasons.

If Frangipani is fully booked, my relatives have next door property, in exact same condition and location. Part weekly rentals are accepted, minimum of 4 nights must be booked. This is charged pro rata (ie: weekly rate divided by number of rental days). Bookings over a week may be extended on a daily basis (subject to availabilty; please ask when making your booking).
