Bedrooms 1 and 2 with two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, all made of rattan/cane. Bedding provided.

Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, 2 ring cooker, gas provided, electric kettle, toaster, electric sandwich maker, crockery, cutlery, pans and glasses, iron and board provided, small hairdryer.

Air conditioning and fans throughout. Inverter (for uninterrupted electricity supply). Laundry service available (paid locally). Domestic cleaner attends 2 x weekly and bed linen changed twice weekly. Towels provided, please take own beach towels. Local auto rickshaw and driver available (pay locally). Welcome pack on arrival.

Outside
Ground floor has a small front terrace looking out onto a private driveway and a patio area to the rear. The 1st floor has a small terrace to the front and balconies to each bedroom. All have garden furniture supplied for you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Coast/Beach
It is 5 mins by bus/ autorickshaw or 10 - 15 mins stroll to the world famous Colva beach which has an endless stretch of beautiful fine sand and a choice of beach shacks where you can eat, drink, meet people and relax.

Travel
Colva is 20 mins drive from Dabolim airport where you will be collected and returned free of charge by our taxi driver, Napoleon . Once you reach the apartments you will be greeted by Jack, who will show you around your apartment. For short trips during your stay you can book auto rickshaw driver, Ramnath (pay locally) his mobile number is provided in apartments.

Distances
Based in South Goa, which is in complete contrast to the North of Goa, this is a perfect place for those who seek peace and quiet whilst still having the choice to explore the shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife of Colva. 10-15 mins away you will find the busy town of Margoa which will cater for all your shopping needs and more! The capital Panjim is about 45-60 mins away and trips can be arranged, along with other trips with Napoleon (pay locally), his mobile number is provided in apartment.

'Petit Maison' is ideally situated within a 5 min walk to transport and local shops which include: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, internet shop, bars, local police station, post office, fish market, Doctors Surgery, Dentist(teeth whitening, good rates) and local church. Bakery, ice-cream, pizza parlour and beauty parlour also within 5 mins walking distance. Ayurvedic treatment centre within 5 mins walk. Shop selling sim cards if your mobile has 'roaming' facility.

Booking notes
A deposit of £150 per week May-Nov / £100 per week Nov-May is payable at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure date unless booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date when full balance is required.

I wish to thank you and your team for the wonderful two weeks that we recently enjoyed at Petit Maison. We appreciated the well furnished, maintained and decorated apartment, and the efficient airport meet-and-greet. I particularly liked the quiet rural location, though being within walking distances of shops and services - an ideal place to unwind. Having also stayed in the bustling North Goa in December 2005, we now definitely prefer the quiet of Colva and surrounding areas in the South. Dr N V Pillay South Africa.

We have enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment was the perfect base. Clean Spacious and cool. really uselul having Ramnath and Napoleon on call thanks to Nappo for a good visit to the spice farm at Ponda well worth the trip. Phil & Sally Lang, Teignmouth Devon England
