The spacious apartment is set in a privately owned friendly Complex of 21 apartments only. It is approached by impressive gates, with its own security guard, wonderful established landscaped garden, a magnificent pool and well lit pathways and its own parking facility. The grounds and pool are maintained daily. It is situated next door to the 4 star Victor Exotica Hotel, and is a short stroll from the main Candolim Road, with it's up market shops. 5 minute drive to the famous Fort Aguarda Hotel and with a further 5 minutes walk, you can be on the Candolim/Sinquerim beach. The apartment is on the first floor. It has a master bedroom, a twin room, a large lounge/dining room, modern bathroom with shower and a large modern kitchen. The lounge has French doors that open up to a 7m long balcony, which overlooks the pool, and where you can relax and dine. The master bedroom has air-con. The second bedroom has its own balcony.

Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. A 35% deposit secures the booking and the remainder is payable 8 weeks prior to the booking date. We offered discounts on booking over 2 weeks or longer stay. Email for a quote. We include our free taxi to and from the airport for all our bookings. Book early for Christmas 2012 & New Year 2013.

Notes on accommodation
Hair dryer. Cash Safe. The apartment is on the first floor in a single block and overlooks the pool and gardens. Regal Palms is set back from the main Candolim Rd. Just 2 minutes walk from the Accron Arcade shops.
Regal Palms is set in peaceful location, with only 21 apartment in this small complex, A lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun and the pool, yet 6 minutes walk to the famous Candolin Beach and 5 minute by taxi to the 5 star most famous Hotel in Goa, the Fort Aguarda. Kingfisher the famous beer of India, the owner has his own residence just across the road.

There are 16 Sun loungers with cushions around the pool for your use.
Coast/Beach
500 metres to the beautiful sandy Candolim beach, you can walk along the beach to the Fort Aguarda Fort in about 20 minutes, its a good spot for watching the dolphins. The beach is dotted with friendly shacks tempting you for cool drinks or a spot of lunch or just sit and watch the wonderful sunsets over the Arabian sea. Sun loungers with sun shaded are available from the beach Shacks along the beach for free if you have drinks or snacks. Beaches close by Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Coco.

Travel
The airport is 35kms and the journey takes about 1 hour. As part of our services we arrange for our taxi driver to collect you from the airport, and take you to your apartment, FREE of charge and also to return you to the airport on departure.
Taxi are freely available and are very cheap. To go to Panjim and return including waiting time of 2 hours.£9. A day out sight seeing costs about £20. Scooters are available to hire from about £3 a day. Buses run only day time hours cost about 20p
Distances
Panjim the capital of Goa is 14 km away. It is best to visit in the evening as the shops are open until 8.30pm and closed in the afternoon. For a different evenings entertainment there are boat trips down the Mandovi river or for something special there's the floating casinos.
Calangate beach is 3km away and Baga beach is about 5 km.The famous Anjuna market and beach as well as Vagator beach are about 8km away. Mapusa famous for is Friday market is 15 mts drive. Saturday night market 15mts

Getting to GOA - Cheap Charter flights from the UK operate from Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham airport, they operate from October to 1 May. Now Qatar airways fly direct to Goa via Doha. Scheduled flights operate all year long to Mumbai, Delhi and there are many daily flights to Goa from Mumbai. In Goa taxis are freely available and are very cheap. There are trips to Old Goa, Spice plantation, Waterfalls, Crocodile and Boat trips, Fishing trips, arranged by local tour operators, (try John's Boat trips).
Along the strip in Candolim alone, there are numerous restaurants/bars and night-life but of course there is lively Baga, the beach restaurants have great barbecues with fresh fish/meat cooked to your order. Candolim beach road is packed with restaurants and take your camera as the elephants are sometimes spotted there, along with the Snake Charmer. Candolim is full of shops from Accorn Arcade, Fabindia, Leather goods, Jewellery shops, Handycraft shops, Tailors (takes only a couple of days to make a suit)
and now we even have a Museum called Calizz, where you can see Goan/Portuguese style restored houses with artefacts and antiques. There are Beauty salons, Ayurvedic, Thai massage, Yoga and Holistic treatment centres in Candolim.
Banks and cash point machines Internet cafes and now we have Newtons supermarket, where you can buy most western products so there is no need to carry so much cosmetic with you. Its open until 11pm. Water Sports: Windsurfing, Para sailing, Scuba diving, Water skiing, water scooters. Ingos Saturday night bazaar, 20 minutes by taxi (not to be missed) musicians, jugglers, dancers, magicians performers from around the world, wide range of food from Sushi, Greek Mexician to continental, stalls selling everything from Art to Curios. We even have in Candolim a new Western style supermarket called Newtons opened until 11pm near the Candolim Beach Road.
Booking notes
Booking are for a minimum of one week only. Christmas and New Year booking must be a minimum of 2 weeks.
We advise you to book early for Christmas/New Year (High Season). A 35%
deposit secures the booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks in advance. A £50 key holding and breakage deposit is also required which is refundable on departure.
