All 4 apts are spacious apartments with large balconies, set in walled complex with 24 hour gated security. The front balcony, where you can relax and dine or have an evening drink watching the famous Goan sunset, overlooks the swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens that are maintained daily. 1 bedroom have double bed 2nd bedroom has twin beds and are air-conditioned, all rooms have ceiling fans and and windows. The complex is situated in the heart of Candolim and is a short stroll from numerous restaurants and bars. Candolim beach is an 15 minute walk away with many beach shacks, where you can eat, drink and relax or enjoy views of the Arabian sea.

A 30% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid on arrival Payment of last minute bookings full amount to be paid. Additional 50 pounds deposit to cover any potential breakages or damage during your stay. Deposit refundable in full following brief inspection by our property manager after you check out.

Nearest beach is Candolim beach which is 700 metres away.
15 min walk.
2 hours drive to the south, 18 holes. Sea facing.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Dabolim which is approx 25 miles and takes 50 minutes. Taxis are cheap and plentiful. Mopeds are available to hire at many places locally.
The busy towns of Anjuna, Calangute/Baga are 3km North and the capital city Panjii Is 11km to the East.
Sit and relax on the terrace or browse around the many colourful shops and stalls only a few minutes walk away or stroll down to the shacks on the beach and watch the wonderful sunset as you sip your favourite tipple, sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere, after all that's what you came here for. Goa is the jewel of India, a former Portuguese colony famed or it's beauty, sandy beaches, swaying palms, mesmerising landscapes, lush green spice farms, animal and bird sanctuaries, exciting night markets, music and gourmet dinning. Goa - where east meets west!
We all had a fantastic holiday in your villa and I have wrote an appropriate review on Trip Advisor.We are all interested in booking again next year with some other friends, as I told you.Give our regards to all the staff they were brilliant, a little respect ,which they all showed us, goes a long way especially in older people, we are ripped off in so many places these days.
