Prices are for the cottage per week in UK Pounds for 2 persons inclusive of breakfast inclusive of 10% discount for 1 week stay (excluding Peak Season).
Single occupancy 10% discount. Extra bed charged at additional 30% per person per night including breakfast (above 5 years old). Personal chef/waiter, daily housekeeping services, WiFi internet, drinking water, tea/coffee are included. Minimum 3 nights stay during High & Low Season. Minimum 7 nights stay during Peak Season.

South Indian and Continental lunch/dinner available on request at extra charge (veg, meat or seafood). Private swimming pool, BBQ and outdoor kitchen at Orchid Cottage can be shared between both cottages if booked together. Self-catering facilities (kitchen, gas hob, fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils). Private garden, sitting and dining areas. Accessibility
Marari Villas have full vehicle access by auto rickshaw and taxi, but are unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users or the severely disabled.
Outside
Both cottages are located in a quiet village just a few minutes from the beach. Small local shops (fruit & veg, fish, milk and bread) are within 2 minutes walk. We can take you to local shops and markets or shop for you if you prefer. We can also arrange Ayurvedic massages, restaurant bookings, use of the pool and other facilities at the neighboring resorts.
Coast/Beach
Marari Beach lies on an undiscovered shore between the renowned backwaters of Alleppey and the cultural hub of Cochin and is giving what every devout beach lover is looking for: endless crisp white sand beneath your feet, cool shade from the vibrant green coconut palms, and the gentle sea breeze blowing in across the ocean. Marari is a much less developed area than other beach destinations in India so visit before it gets discovered by tourist crowd!

From Cochin International Airport 60 km (1 ½ hours by taxi 1,400 Rs pick-up/drop-off). From Alleppey Railway Station 15 km (20 minutes by auto rickshaw 200 Rs). From Mararikulam Railway Station only 4 km (5 minutes by auto rickshaw 50 Rs).

Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation at Marari Villas. The balance payment is required 30 days prior arrival. Deposit payments can be made by credit card payment or bank transfer and non-refundable. There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.

About the owner
We searched extensively for the ideal beach location in south-west India, travelling from Mumbai to Trivandrum and we knew immediately that we had found the most idyllic place called Marari Beach. It is difficult to describe that long stretch of crispy white sand beach, azure welcoming ocean and abundant wildlife. Asides from a few local fishermen going about their daily business you are pretty much alone to enjoy the really scenic beach and ocean, which is an increasing rarity in India. It is the place to be experienced, just make sure you visit before it gets discovered!

We are the first company to offer independent self-catering and serviced properties on beautiful Marari Beach. Some of our villas are traditional Keralan heritage houses, some are modern and contemporary, some have a swimming pool and others are right on the beach.
