Notes on accommodation
Accommodation very suitable for children as there is a shallow end to the pool and the apartment is ground floor.

Property is on the ground floor with just 2 small steps at the entrance.
Outside
The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens with with shaded canopes if required. There is a beautiful swimming pool with steps for easy access.
Coast/Beach
There are all the local beaches within walking distance such as Baga and Calangute with all the usual activities, banana boats and parasending and lots of beach shacks to eat in, or if you prefer you can go to one of the other more private beaches such as Manderim or Ashvem,where there are beautiful quiet sandy beaches and beach shacks to rent for the night or do what myself and my sisters did and hire men with motorbikes to drive yoy her and collect you! wonderful!
Travel
Nearest airport is Dabolim about 45 mins away and will cost you about £12 - £15 which you pay to the taxi driver. Moped or car hire are readily available and local buses for a few rupees.
Distances
Blue beach resort in on Arpora Rd, you can walk to Baga village in about 20 mins and Calangute in about 15
Taxis are available outside the gates of the resort. There is a laundry directly across the road.
Further details
There are local travel agent across the road from complex. There is also an internet cafe and money exchange facilities.
There are restaurants, travel agent local shop and internet a few minutes walk from complex where you can arrange tours etc, you can book trips to waterfalls, elephant safaris, fishing trips and you can negotiate with the taxi drivers to take you shopping in Mapsa or Panjim.
Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit is required to secure booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival date-late booking to be payed at least 5 days before departure.

I am a middle aged lady that is open minded and loves new adventures and life experiences.
Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
I bought the apartment three years ago with a view to retiring here eventually, I love the location, lovely and quiet and yet within walking distance of all amenities. Baga is the best of the local beaches and Baga itself is a hive of activity. I have shared some wonderful experiences in Goa. Last time I was there it was 'Holy Holy', my sisters and I were painted in every colour of the rainbow, great atmosphere, great fun! I hope you will feel the same love for the place that I do, and you embrace the cultural differences and the Goans and enjoy the sense of freedom and happiness that they exude
Unique benefits of the property
I love the location.I find Calangute a little to much hustle and bustle for me,I like popping in to it and enjoying the best of it and the withdrawing to the calm and tranquility of my apartment in Baga....Best of both worlds really...
