A local English-speaking taxi driver will meet you at Dabolim Airport, bring you to your bungalow and take you back at the end of your holiday. He will be on hand if you need help or have enquiries. His services are included in the rental cost of the bungalow. Welcome starter pack is provided.

Both properties have two sets of linen for each bed, and plenty of large towels. Hand towels are provided in all bathrooms. Outside
KC14 has a small garden overlooking the jungle, with a patio area immediately outside the living room. Patio table and chairs are provided for each property. The front balcony has a small table and two chairs.
KS5 has a small garden to the rear, also with a furnished patio area. A few steps beyond this is the second, smaller communal swimming pool. The front balcony also has patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Anjuna, approx one mile and about 25 minutes walking distance. Baga Beach is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride, and is far more commercial than Anjuna Beach, with many beach shacks and shops, as well as beach hawkers who sell nearly everything. There are also activities based here, such as dolphin boat rides, ‘banana’ rides etc. Asvem Beach is about 40 mins by taxi, but is well worth the ride, it's a beautiful beach, very peaceful, and has a few shack restaurants.
Travel
The nearest (only!) airport is Dabolim, south of Panjim, it's around 50-60 mins, depending on the time of day and if your driver uses the faster back road to come into Anjuna. Car hire is not expensive, but the locals' driving sometimes leaves a lot to be desired - much better to use taxis or buses.
Distances
The nearest village is Anjuna, and can be reached in approx 20 mins on foot, 5 mins in a taxi. Mapusa is a 10 minute taxi ride inland, Baga about 10 mins in the other direction, and Calangute 5 mins past Baga. Old Goa is around 30 mins, Panjim is between 30 - 45 mins (taxi), depending on time of day.
Further details
There are 2 supermarkets in Anjuna village, selling almost everything you would need for a self-catering holiday and plenty of supermarkets in both Mapusa and Calangute. There is one bank (Bank of Baroda) in Anjuna, several bureaux de change at Baga and plenty of banks in both Calangute and Mapusa. There is an overwhelming choice of beach shacks and restaurants on or around Baga Beach and along the Baga Road, all the way into Calangute, where there is even more to choose from. There is however a small and friendly hotel near the entrance to the complex, The Tamarind, where you can eat a decent mid-price meal, if you don't want to wander too far away. The Bougainvillea Hotel, which has a limited but very reasonably-priced menu, is only a ten minute stroll from the complex, and is handy if you arrive earlier in the season, as The Tamarind doesn't open until early November.
