2 brand new 1 bedroom apartments, (sleeps 4), situated together at the exclusive ‘Saldanha Kyle Gardens’ Resort. Both apartments have; Full remote controlled air-conditioning in both lounge and bedroom. Sky Plus Satellite TV, (lets you record programmes to watch later), including HBO film channels and ESPN sports. Fully fitted kitchens with, Fridge, Microwave, Double hotplate, Toaster, Electric kettle. 24 hour on site security. Balcony with armchairs and table. Plus a beautiful swimming pool. Apartments are together on 2nd floor and 3rd floor, both have double bedroom and bed settee and would comfortably sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. One apartment has full bathroom with shower whilst the other has walk in shower. Situated about 200 metres from Baga road the complex is quiet but still close enough to local bars, shops and restaurants, Baga and Calangute beach are less than 10 min walk, however if its too hot for walking, taxis are usually available outside the main gate.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, occupation is from 4pm on arrival day to 11am on departure day. This is to allow for apartment cleaning and linen changes.

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments are in the same block, so it is ideal for 2 couples/families holidaying together, or if you have grown up children and they want there independence why not let them have there own apartment. 24hour on site security, parking on site for car or motor scooter should you decide to hire one.

Accessibility
These apartments are not suitable for wheel chair users, or people with mobility problems as they are on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Outside
Large complex swimming pool, parking facilities, full time manned gate house.

Coast/Beach
Calangute and Baga Beaches are about a 10 minute walk or a 50 rupee (about 70p) taxi ride, and are the most desirable locations in North Goa, with their choice of Bars, Restaurants and Night Clubs. Beach Shacks on this stretch of beach are plentiful and all sun beds and shades are free of charge, they just ask you to use there shack when you want drinks or food, also with this amount of competition for customers, prices are some of the lowest in Goa.

Travel
My Management Company can arrange a private car and driver to collect you from the airport (journey time approx 1 hour) and take you directly to the apartments for a cost of about £12.00 or you can get a taxi for the same price. A car is not essential as you are located close to the beach, bars, restaurants and night clubs, taxis usually are available outside the main entrance.

Distances
Shops, bars and restaurants are a 2 minute walk.
Calangute town centre is a 10 minute walk.
Tito's World Famous Night Club is a 15 minute walk.

Further details
To comply with India Law all visitors to India have to submit a 'C' form that gives details of passports, Visa's etc, ( I will forward this form to you). From 1st Jan 2012 the India Government has charged a small fee when submitting these forms (£8.00 for the 1st resident and £4.00 for each other resident) however the wait to submit these forms at the Police station can be very long. As an additional free service we will submit these forms at the Police station on your behalf, the small fee payable to the India Government will be subtracted from your £100 damage deposit.

Booking notes
25% deposit taken on all bookings with balance payable 2 months before occupancy. £100 returnable deposit taken on all bookings against damage/loss. All bookings of less than 1 week subject to £50.00 laundry/cleaning surcharge. No Pets. No Smoking inside apartment. Starter Welcome Packs (mineral water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, toilet rolls, crisps) are available if required at a cost of £12.50.

Stayed at Kyle Gardens last year. This apartment is the best I have seen there, nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen and recordable TV programs.

About the owner
I am a retired fireman, after 29 years operational service in the London Fire Brigade. After many great holidays on the Costas' we decided to buy our own apartment where we could come and go as we please and make the most the lovely weather that we seem to lack most of the time in the UK. We live in Epping Essex.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
When the opportunity came along to purchase these apartments it seemed to good to miss as property in this area is very hard to come by being so close to the best beaches and all other facilities.
