The house is newly built and tastefully decorated. Only 400 metres from Morjim beach. On the beach there are 6 shacks (restaurants) offering Goan, Oriental and European menus with a whole range of beverages, catering for all. There is a bus station nearby taking you directly to Mapusa Town, alternatively we have local taxi drivers on hand that can take you to the many tourist highlights of Goa including the waterfalls or spice farm. A maid service is included. Morjim is a peaceful part of Goa away from the hustle and bustle of Calangute and Baga but close enough if you want to shop or a night out. It is an ideal place for a group of friends or family enjoying a relaxing holiday and also ideal for sporting groups such as Yoga holidays or Tai Chi holidays.

Notes on prices
If you would like to rent a room only it is £20 per night.
If you would like to rent just the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment this is £500 per week (Sleeps 6)
Or if you would like to rent the whole house this is £750 per week off peak.

Accessibility
We have a whole house to offer + extra next door should you require them. Please note, the living area is on the first floor there are stairs to climb to get to the first floor which may be an issue if you have anyone in your party with mobility problems.
Outside
There is a growing garden surrounding the property. There is no pool, however there is a small guest house opposite which would welcome you to use their pool and facilities if you buy a drink. They also have Wifi.
Coast/Beach
400 metres from the beach. A huge area of flat golden sands suitable for sporting activities. The locals like to play a game of cricket at sunset which is therapeutic to watch. As the sun is rising you can go for a lovely walk on the beach and watch the fishermen bring in their catch of the day. The sea is wonderfully warm but can have a current at times so never go out too far when the waves are high! You can walk to Ashwem beach from Morjim beach if you are feeling energetic.
Special interest holidays
This is a suitable rent for Yoga teachers wishing to run their own retreat. There are other retreats in the area offering drop in classes. There is a masseuse on the beach and various Ayurveda therapies on offer throughout Goa. Morjim beach is perfect for Yoga, Tai Chi or running as the beach is beautifully flat and unspoilt.
Travel
45 minute taxi journey from Dabolim Airport to the accommodation. You can buy a pre-pay taxi (approx £12) from the airport. The maid can organise your return journey to the airport for you.
Distances
45 minutes from the airport. 25 minutes from Calangute. 10 minutes from Mapusa Town Centre. 10 minutes from Saturday Night Market.

There will be a holding deposit which will be refunded to you at the end of your stay providing there is no damage.
