This 2 bedroom 1 double and 1 Twin modern duplex is located in the newly built Riviera Hermitage complex in the lovely quiet village of Arpora. It has 1 bedroom on each floor 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, very spacious living area and own private balcony. The area of Arpora is very peaceful and quiet. For those of you who like to get out and party the night away then Baga Beach is just the place 5-7 mins by taxi where you can find clubs and bars galore. For the romantics then there is Candolim about 10 mins in a taxi where you can dine in candle light and taste food from around the world. And for that all important all over tan you have a wide choice of white sandy beachesIn Candolim.

Notes on prices
We will give discount on stays for over 14 days but not over the christmas and new year period the minimum stays can also be negotiable.
Changeover day
Check-out is 12.00 noon and check-in 2.00pm. This can be flexible upon prior agrangement.

| Living Rooms: | This large spacious area has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas flat screen TV with Tata sky which has vast choice of movies and some English channels this area is also access to the large balcony where you can sit and enjoy Breakast to evening drinks. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There are towels and linen provided and cleaning once a week where the linen and towels will be changed. Should you require further cleaning this can be arranged through the apartment manager. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has ceiling fans in all rooms and air-conditioning in the lounge and upstairs room this apartment is also suitable for families.
Accessibility
Unfortunatley due to stairs our apartment may not be suitable for people relient on wheelchair access. Or mobility propblems.
Outside
There is a shared pool in the complex which is generally quiet but clients have full use of the facilities at the 5* hotel next door which includes a gym and casino for more information please ask when booking, the pool here is also relitively quiet, but you can also take advantage of waiter service from the bar. There is a Taxi service directely outside the apartments for getting around if you have not hired a car or scooter/motorbike.
Coast/Beach
Goa has wonderfull beaches in cluding Baga Candolim and Calangute locally but if you travel a bit further a field you will find quieter beaches and more beautifull beaches.
Special interest holidays
Goa has some beautiful secluded white sandy beaches along its coast. But close to the apartment 5-7 mins drive/taxi you have Baga Beach followed by Calangute Beach then Candolim all these beaches are good all with beach shacks where you can have a bite to eat or drink while building up that all important tan. Sit and watch the fantastic sunset with a large local cocktail. At night in Goa on the beach the shacks provide music and firework dispalys along the beach. Goa also has some amazing waterfalls and spice plantations which are easy to get to with a guide.
Travel
Dablomin is the airport for Goa. 45 mins for the apartment at around 700 rupees. Flights to Goa can be booked through either tour operator Direct flight or schedule which normally means a stop in Mumbai (Bombay) which is an experience not to be missed if you can get some time there.
Distances
Opposite the complex is the Saturday night bazaar with loads of sellers trying to bargain with you to buy the local wares. It is a really goodnight out as it has beer and food stalls, fire eaters and live bands. Next door to the saturday night market there is a go cart track which is fantastice value for money and fun.
Further details
We have our own apartment manager and who is our personal Taxi he is a great friend and known him for sometime nothing is a problem for him and he can be contacted at any time he also provides a great taxi service for the airport and places of interest. Arpora Village is 5 mins walk it has a couple of small shops for essentials and 1 or 2 bars and restaurants. Calangute or Baga are close by 5-7 mins for currency exchange and banks larger selection of shops, supermarket and bars and restaurants.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by telephone or email a non refundable deposit of 20% will be required with the booking and full payment 1 month before arrival unless otherwise agreed. Ww also require a £50.00 holding fee in case of damages which will be returned after your stay.
