The apartment consists of 1 large bedroom, large lounge & kitchen and a fully fitted bathroom. There are 2 balconies to watch the world pass by with views over the treetops towards the sea and the salt lakes. It is situated opposite the "East meets West" restaurant and 3 minutes walk from Tito's road. The restaurants, bars and shops including a 24hr supermarket are within 5 minutes walk. The resort has luxurious and extensive facilities such as a 75ft swimming pool with separate children's pool and sun deck area, games room & laundry facilities. There are 3 restaurants and a coffee shop in the resort offering table & room service. The resort has a 24 hr reception to assist you during your stay.

Changeover day
Change over is flexible. Arrival and departure times are dependent on flights and connecting bookings.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with separate shower area fitted with an individual water heater, toilet and sink. Extractor fan and vanity mirror fitted above the sink. Shelves for towels, clothing and shower accessories. |
| Kitchen: | Fitted kitchen (UK Style) containing sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine complete with clothes airer. There are glasses, cups, plates, dishes & cutlery provided to enable you to self caterer during your stay. |
| Utility Room: | There are various buckets, mops, brushes & brooms provided for cleaning. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge comprises of a large sofa which turns into a double bed. There is a shoe store with glass table top together with a large 6 ft cane/glass table for eating off. There are double french doors leading onto a balcony. Air-conditioning and fan fitted. |

Towels are provided together with all bed linen for both double beds. The cost of the rental includes cleaning once a week however cleaning can be provided more frequently for a small extra cost. (Paid in resort). |

Notes on accommodation
Full air-conditioning system throughout the apartment. Suitable for children as this apartment provides the best of both worlds with the large private space and facilities together with the fantastic resort amenities. We now include the following in the apartment hair dryer and iron.
Accessibility
The property is located on the 3rd floor. There are lifts within the building but do not serve our private area of the resort, or facilitate the conference room above.
Outside
The resort is set within 2 acres of lush greenery. There are gardens throughout with flowers. The large swimming pool is approx 75 foot long with a separate children's area. There is a large sun deck area with sun beds provided. Our 2 balconies both contain outdoor lights and have cane chairs and small drinks table.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes stroll to Baga beach (Tito's Road Area). The beach is dotted with shacks where you can relax and enjoy drinks or lunch or just watch the wonderful sunset over the Arabian sea. There are watersports on the beach such as para-sailing, jet skis & banana boats at really cheap prices.
Travel
The journey from the airport takes approx 45 mins - 1 hour. Taxi transfers can be arranged at reasonable cost. Scooters can be hired to experience the excitement of Goa.
Distances
Panjim the capital of Goa is approximately 25 minutes by taxi from Baga where you can visit the shops and restaurants. Mapusa is approximately 20 minutes where you can experience the daily market or alternatively, Anjuna market on a Wednesday. To visit the south of Goa and experience the wonderful peaceful beaches is approximately 1 3/4 hours away, but well worth the visit.
Further details
Baga has plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from including Tito's nightclub. There are lots of shops selling leather goods and jewellery or tailors where you can have your favourite dress or suit copied and made at very reasonable prices. There are ATM machines and internet cafes on Baga road.
Booking notes
Bookings are for a minimum of 1 week only. Christmas & New Year must be a minimum of 2 weeks. A deposit of 30% (non-refundable) secures the booking with the remainder due 6 weeks prior to occupation. A £50 key holding and breakage deposit is also required which is refundable on return to the UK.
