Bathrooms: 1 guest + 3 en-suite all with modern showers stalls, basins with hot/cold water, geysers for hot water, modern wcs and flushes that work! Own water pump and well ensures 24 X 7 water.
Kitchen: Gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, water purifier, cutlery, glassware, cookware, juicer blender, drip coffee machine, utensils, portable barbeque, portable ice-box.
Utility Room: Front loading washing machine, iron and folding ironing board.
Living Rooms: Air-con living room and dining room, attached patio on ground floor, 2 sofas, chairs, full dining suite, CD player and radio. Upstairs family room (sloping wooden roof), large veranda sofa, double futon, dish cable TV, DVD player. Artworks everywhere.
Other: Garden umbrella, garden chairs, barbeque is provided.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen, duvets and towels included. Free cleaning twice a week and daily at £5 p/d. Maid service at £7 -10 p/d. Pool cleaned daily.

There are 2 ground floor bedrooms and all living areas, but you have to climb 2 steps to get into the house.

Garden umbrella, table, seating for 8. Portable BBQ. Free parking in driveway. 2 verandas upstairs, views of farmland and villa complex.

Coast/Beach
Calangute and Baga beach is less than 3kms away, and about a 7 minute drive. Other beaches (Morjim, Morjhem Anjana, Vagator) are 20-30 minutes drive. Many other beaches and riverfront areas within 20 -40 minutes.

Golf
Nearest course is 90 minutes and drive at the Intercontinental Hotel in South Goa.

Travel
Goa airport is well connected, 50 minutes drive away. Nearest train station (Tivim) is 15 minute drive. City centre (Panjim) is 20 minute drive. Do rent a car or a bike from Joe, our local agent, if you intend to get around a bit, but there are days we dont leave the villa at all. Joe can also arrange airport pick ups and drops.

Distances
Holy Trinity Church 5 minute walk. Panjim 20 minutes. Calangute, Baga, Baga River 7-10 minutes. Fort Aguada under 15 minutes. Other beaches (Morjim, Morjhem Anjuna, Vagator) are 20-30 minutes drive. Old town and churches 35-45 minutes.
