This apartment has the convenience of a private room located within a fully staffed holiday resort. There is a reception area for queries and internet access and worldwide telephone facilities. Two large swimming pools are located within the resort with sunbeds for guests use. There is a fully staffed restaurant, guests using this room can use this restaurant and bar at discounted rates! The beach is just 10 minutes drive away however there is daily free beach bus organised by the resort for the use of its guests wishing to go to the popular baga beach This apartment overlooks one of the pools and comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen area, bathroom and balcony. There are 2 air conditioning units, a recently refurbished modern bathroom, a European style modular kitchen, large wardrobes in the bedroom, mosquito blinds covering all doors and windows, a washing machine and comfortable furnishings.

| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has 2 divan beds which can be used as 2 twin or 1 double, comfortable with 8’ thick slumberland mattresses and divan bases. Split air conditioning which is quiet and comfortable. |
| Bathrooms: | This recently refurbished bathroom has hot and cold water in the shower, a glass shower screen, basin and WC (located off the bedroom), bright and practical. Storage space for toiletries. |
| Kitchen: | A fully fitted European style modular kitchen is offered with base and wall cupboards. It is fully equipped with facilities for cooking. There is a front loading automatic washing machine and a full size fridge/freezer. A water filter is also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is comfortable with a 3 seater sofa and chair, 21inch TV with Tata Sky Satellite TV for a host of films and sport. A coffee table and cabinet give the room a home from home feel. This room has a window air conditioning unit for use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartmnt will be cleaned and linen changed once per week during your stay, this is included in the price. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a second floor apartment so not suitable for guests unable to climb stairs. All linen and towels (including beach towels) are included. You will be met at the apartment by the owner or a representative who will settle you in and be your point of contact for your holiday.

Outside
There are 2 shared pools which are large and cleaned daily. Sunbeds are provided for your use. During the months of November to March the resort offers regular nightly entertainment. However if you don’t want to stay in the resort there are many restaurants within walking distance that offer a variety of food at good prices.
Internet access is offered at Reception for an hourly fee, there is also a worldwide telephone which can be used for phoning home. Postcards can also be deposited here for posting. Room service is also available by calling reception should you want to eat within the apartment.
Baga Beach is just 10 minutes away and can be accessed by resort beach bus which runs regularly season time. Taxi's are also available outside for trips and access to many other tourist attractions. Local bike hire is available from a local restaurant next door so you will never be without a choice of restaurant. This is also a perfect resort for those who like bird watching and fishing.
Coast/Beach
Baga beach 10 mins drive / 30 mins walk (free bus available). Calangute 10 mins drive. Arpora restaurants 5 minute walk.
Travel
Dabolim airport 1 hour transfer approx. Car hire is not essential for this property as local transport is readily available.
Distances
Arpora 5 mins. Northern beaches 20 min drive. Saturday Nite Market 5 min drive.
Further details
Fishing - there is a large lake next to the resort which is used for fishing by tourists and locals, the Baga River also runs behind the resort and is also good for the keen fisherman/woman.
Birdwatching - the resort is located close to the Baga Salt plains where many keen birdwatchers spend their day.
Arpora is full of local shops and restaurants namely Alfresco, Spice Oven, All Spice, St Sebastians etc. There is a local beauty salon, fruit and vegetable market and a supermarket. Calangute is only a short drive away. Arpora plays host to the large Saturday Nite Market and is also close to Anjuna where you will find the world famous flea market. Access to the quiet Northern Beaches is easy from Arpora. For the children there is the Blue Whale water park if they fancy an activity day away from the beach.

Please contact me via e mail for queries and booking. A deposit of 25% (non refundable) is required on confirmation of booking in order to secure the dates. Payment is required up front 8 weeks before arrival. A £50 breakage deposit (refundable should there be no major damage) is also required.
