Keishia Kottages conveniently positioned close to beaches, restaurants, markets inc the famous Saturday night market and Anjuna market. This holiday accommodation offers a comfortable clean home from home environment with all mod cons. It offers a wonderful view from master bedroom balcony and a quiet peaceful back garden. This 2 bedroomed bungalow also boasts a garage to park your hired vehicle should you choose to hire one and 24 hour security.
This is now our 4th year with owners direct successfully renting.

The cottage is cleaned and ready with fresh towels and linen, however, any additional cleaning is offered by our cleaner at an extra small cost directly to her. Bring your own beach towels. Please be sure to lock up properly whenever you go out. |

Notes on accommodation
There are steps leading up to the cottage, please take care with young children. Mosquito nets throughout. There are ceiling fans throughout and air-con in two bedrooms. On the day of your departure please kindly lock all gates and bolt all doors & leave the keys on the coffee table then pull the front door shut behind you.

Back garden with pretty flowers all around, outdoor patio table and chairs available.
Coast/Beach
Goa is very much a beach holiday, so there are many wonderful beaches to choose from lively ones like Baga and Calangute for music/water sports many food shacks. Candolim beach for a quiet read good food shacks, Anjuna for great beach parties.
Travel
Dabolim Airport is 45 minutes away taxis are available the minute you step out of the airport or we can arrange pick at an additional cost. Taxis are cheap to get around on your holidays however, if you can ride a motor bike we recommend that you hire a bike for the sheer pleasure of enjoying Goa as and when you wish. Bikes/cars jeeps can be hired through our cleaner,remember to apply for your international licence with the AA
Distances
Local towns are very close by such as Calangute and Mapusa for anything you need including banks, post office, hospital, food market etc.
Further details
Great supermarkets in Anjuna, checkout Chapora harbour to buy your freshly caught fish inc big tiger prawns/squid etc. All spice restaurant in Arpora is superb. Oriental royal Thai restaurant Calangute is fantastic (the steak is awesome). Moon dance in small Vagator is brilliant for Tibetan food and great breakfast. Blue Whale Water park in Baga is great for kids, also water sports in Baga/Calangute beaches.
Booking notes
Bookings are available from September - May. Please contact Theresa by phone or email for bookings. Payments must be made in full within 1 week of booking. Small deposit must be left with cleaner (£50) on arrival for any breakages and returned immediately on inspection (day before leaving). Cancellation and refunds (half kept to cover costs) are restricted to timing and conditions. For after hours arrival a small fee is paid to our cleaner to cover time and petrol.

About the owner
I live in East Sussex with my family and our two dogs Dudley & Ollie. We originally came from London where our two older children still live. We bought our bungalow in March 2007 because we wanted to spend as much of Winter in India that we could. The people of Goa are so warm and friendly and most speak fluent English. At some point when our young son is older we plan to explore much of India and the Far East. We are a family that loves to spend time abroad and enjoy food, culture, art etc. We thoroughly recommend Goa for the stunning beaches and wonderful weather as well as good food and a very relaxing break. Our bungalow is where we want comfort and cleanliness, which is why when we advertise we want you and your family/friends to want the same.
