We can lead you to the best places to visit, be it to party or peaceful beaches, also can arrange car hire. Our lovely john is a sweet Goan guy and he will take good care of you.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK pounds. Stays of less than one week will still be charged full week rate. Price includes cleaning, linen and towels, electricity and water. Prices are for a maximum of 6 persons only, additional persons will incur small charge. Breakfast can be arranged, please request when booking.
Changeover day
Check out at 12 noon (if no further booking, can request a late checkout). Check in at arrival times, will accommodate but will need all info well in advance.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen included. The Apartment is cleaned and the beds made/towels and linen changed twice a week, Black bin bags, loo rolls and soaps provided, if needed can be cleaned three times. Laundry can be cleaned at extra cost. |

Shared pool (10x6m max 7ft depth). Balcony garden. The balcony has a chair hammock to chill in as well as blinds for sun protection.

Approx 5 minutes walk to the beaches of Candolim and Calangute, Baga beach is few minutes further with all popular beaches with water sports eateries, shacks, massages etc

Travel
Dabolim airport, Goa is approx 45 minutes away, car hire not necessary but useful to have scooter (two wheeler is recommended to get around in comfort, can be arranged prior to arrival.

15 mins drive to Anjuna. 5 mins drive to Baga. 5 mins drive to Taj (5 Star Hotel). 30 mins drive to Morgim. 20 mins drive to Panjim.

Booking notes
Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance. 50 percent deposit is required in advance and is non refundable incase of a cancellation by yourself. An extra deposit of £75 is required against damages if any and will be refunded on departure.
