Our apartment is a luxurious two bedroomed open plan apartment on the first floor of a complex consisting of two small apartment blocks of privately owned apartments, complete with residents swimming pool, landscaped gardens and 24 hour security patrol. The complex also has a fully equipped gymnasium for guests use.

Outside
The apartment is within landscaped gardens and there is a communal swimming pool for guests of the complex.
The balcony on the front of the apartment is 36ft x 6ft with cane three piece suite, overlooking the swimming pool.
There are two small private balconies to the rear of the property.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is located in Baga which is a 20 minute walk away or 5 minutes by taxi. This is a long sandy beach stretching from Baga to Candolim which has many beach shacks selling local goan specialities and international cuisine.
Many more excellent beaches are a short taxi ride or boat trip away.
Travel
The international airport in Goa is located at Dabolim, approx. 1 hours drive away.

Distances
Local shops and supermarkets are approx. 200 yards away and there are several bars and restaurants within Arpora. Baga has many more bars and restaurants and two nightclubs are also located in Baga.
Booking notes
£50 deposit by cheque/bank transfer is required to secure the booking. The balance by cheque/bank transfer is due 8 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit of £50 is also required to cover breakages/damage, etc. Please contact us for up to date availability information.
