An extremely large living room leading to the conservatory with dining table and chairs which has a spectacular view of the river and you can enjoy an early morning breakfast at the gazebo, watch the breathtaking sunrise, the local fishermen at work or take a walk along the riverside. First Floor: Each of the bedrooms have a very comfortable mattress, superior quality pillows and bed linen, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and a built in wardrobe. Master bedroom with Queen size beds, sitting / TV area with wrought iron table and chairs which opens on to a balcony with a breath taking view of the river and the Ghats. Bedroom 2 with double bed, TV and river view. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, a view of the garden. |

Notes on accommodation
Electricity backed up by inverters. Maid service 7 times weekly. Telephone (incoming calls and local outgoing calls only. Bed linen and towels changed twice weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.

Coast/Beach
Cavelossim is located on a narrow peninsular on the one side is the peaceful, lazily meandering River Sal and on the other 20 kms of powder white sand beach and the Arabian Sea - the perfect idyllic retreat! It comes as no surprise that this prime spot has been chosen as the location for several four and five star hotels.
Approximately 10 min walk to the beautiful beach which stretches for miles.
Golf
For golfers there is a 9 hole golf course at the Leela Palace just 2km from the Main Gate.
Special interest holidays
Most important of all go out and explore the rich heritage and meet the wonderfully warm and genuine people which make Goa so special. Sights and attractions, shopping and eating out - check the Binder in your villa.
Goa is famous for its beach shacks. Don’t be put off. These are temporary restaurants built each year in October and removed just before the onset of the summer monsoon in June. They offer much needed shade on the beach and in general serve excellent fresh food. They also provide employment for local people and, contrary to what some of the hotels may tell their guests, are safe to eat in There are some well established favourites and each year a whole crop of new ones. No doubt you will find your own favourite. All serve breakfasts and lunches and snacks throughout the day and some serve into the evening. Look out for those doing Barbecue Nights.

The nearest airport is Dabolim which is approximately 45 minutes away.
