| Kitchen: | The kitchen contains all the necessities for cooking, eating and storing food. There is a fridge/freezer, gas cylinder 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | There is an open plan lounge/dining area. The spacious living room overlooks front landscaped garden and swimming pool for your enjoyment. Has a 3 seater sofa, 2x1 seater sofa chairs, dining table with 6 chairs and coffee table. Ceiling fan and Sky TV. |

Towels and linen are included. There is a twice weekly maid visit where property will be cleaned throughout, bedlinen and towels changed. For more visits and laundry services, this can be arranged for you locally. |

Outside
The area outside the property is beautifully landscaped and very well kept. The family terrace on second floor provides an ideal spot for some alfresco dining and offers a lovely view over garden and pool. As this is a private residential development, the pool is strictly for use by people staying at the development and is rarely crowded.
Coast/Beach
The beach itself is quiet with designated swimming area as there is a lifeguard on duty here. The local fishermen still fish from the beach so you will encounter local fishing boats on beach, all adding to the charm of Venelim and Goa. There are several restaurants and beach shacks on beach to ensure you don't go hungry or thirsty. The swaying palm trees hint at lovely breeze that greets you at beach, a welcome respite should you choose to sunbathe.
Travel
The airport is about 20 minutes away. Taxi's are cheap and readily available throughout the area which is a 5 minute walk from the villa. You can ring directly on + 91 9822121758, we can arrange to pre-book any taxi. You are also able to hire bicycles, scooters or motorbikes, just remember to bring your international driving licence with you (can be obtained from at a cost of £5).
Distances
Colva Beach is just under 5kms (about 20 minutes walk) away from the villa. It is a nice walk with plenty of things to look at on the way. Alternatively you can either take a taxi or even use public transport which will take 10 minutes. Dabolim Airport is 20 minutes, Margoa (capital of South Goa) 20 minutes. Panjim (capital of Goa) 50 minutes.
Further details
A short walk from the resort is the main Colva beach road where you will find all the usual shops and stalls associated with Goa. Whether you are interested in purchasing local crafts or jewellery, you will find it all here. In addition, there are all the services you could possibly need including ATM, beauty parlour, restaurants, bicycle hire, a GP, money exchange, tailors and Ayurvedic Massages.
