The 1 bedroom apartment is on the first floor. It sleeps 2/4 and has air-conditioning in the bedroom and lounge area. Fully equipped kitchen. The site has 24 hour security and a manned reception, a bar and a restaurant on site. The complex has a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers and chairs. It also has lovely gardens. If you feel like relaxing around the complex there is a restaurant and bar in near the pool and if you want to really spoil yourself there is a massage centre to help you completly unwind! Coast/beach The site is within very easy reach of all local amenities and is only 5 minutes by taxi from Baga Beach and all other local beaches. On the beach you'll find nearly everything you need from massages, manicures, shopping and for the more energetic water sports such as jet skis, body boarding and banana boats. The choice is completely up to you!

Travel
Dabolim Airport is about 45 minutes away by taxi, pickup can be arranged and paid locally. The cost is around £10. Days out can be arranged with the taxi's to see the attractions such as the Spice Plantation, waterfalls, Panjim and the local markets of Mapusa.
Distances
Calangute, very lively place 5 minutes drive. Candolim (very upmarket area) 15 minutes drive. Panjim half an hour by taxi or can take a bus from outside the resort.

The Blue Beach Resort is situated in Arpora and is very close to Baga, Anjuna, Calangute and Candolim where you will find many international restaurants ranging from the local Indian Cuisine, Italian, Chinese, English foods and much more. You will also find markets, shops, dentists, and health centres, supermarkets, banks and much, much more!
Booking notes
A 50% deposit should be made immediately once the apartment has been booked. The rest of the payment should be paid 6 weeks before departure. A security deposit is required of £25 (2000 rupees) for the keys/damage and will be refunded at the end of your stay on return of keys etc. For late bookings the full payment must be immediately at least 7 days before departure.

About the owner
I have worked in the travel industry for 33 years, I have travelled around the world and I find no place as relaxing as Goa. Very laid back, nothing is a problem. If I had the time I would love to spend 1-2 months there, at the moment due to the lack of time, I have been spending only a week at a time. I am a food lover, you can get Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Very pretty location, quiet, yet 5 minutes from Calangute's hustle and bustle. There is a Saturday market in Arpora, which is worth a visit. You can access Calangute, Mapusa, Panjim from this resort. Buses or Rickshaws are available from outside the resort.
