This apartment is at the end of a peaceful village in North Goa, however it is only 10 minutes drive away from the hustle and life of the beach belt. It is located above a private UK owned residency, it is fully self contained with its own secure access. There is vehicle parking, laundry facilities, TV, DVD, Internet access, BBQ area plus a swimming pool.

All linen and towels included. Pool towels are also included but guests are requested not to take them to the beach. Cleaning/laundry will be done twice per week unless specifically requested. |

Notes on accommodation
This is not suitable for young children. We are very quiet downstairs in our house but can be as informative as you like if you require our assistance. We have one very loving dog and 2 silly cats. This property is not suitable for anyone allergic to cats or cat hair as cats will roam! Local transport can easily be organised. Not suitable for people in wheelchairs due to stairs, sorry.

Outside
The pool is 11m x 5m and is located in the rear garden with a seating and BBQ area, sun beds are provided. Beautiful gardens in a 500sqm plot, outside patios and sunbeds to sunbathe on. The pool is 11m x 5m and is used by us downstairs plus mum! It is totally available for guests use.
Coast/Beach
It is approx 10 mins drive to Baga Beach, local taxis can be arranged for this, bike hire is easily available.
Travel
Approx 45km from Dabolim airport. Car hire is not essential as taxis and bikes are readily available close by.
Distances
You are just 5 mins drive from Arpora which is expanding with many multi cuisine restaurants. If you want to go a little further there is Calangute and Candolim just 10 mins away where you can eat on the beach or in many roadside restaurants. Shopping - convenient for Mapusa and Calangute, only 30 mins from Panjim.
Further details
There is a water park in Arpora for childeren and may restaurants. Trips can be booked locally for Tigers, waterfalls etc.
Booking notes
Please pay £100 at the time of booking as a non refundable deposit to secure booking. A £50 breakage deposit is also required during payments to allow for any breakages. This will be returned at the end of your stay. Payments can be made in instalments with the final payment 8 weeks prior to arrival.
This property is only available for a minimum of 7 nights stay.
