Changeover days are flexible. Arrivals anytime from 3pm and departures by 10a.m

Living Rooms: LCD television with Sky.(Top up card payable locally) 1 x 3 seater sofa, 1 x 2 seater sofa 2 x chairs and one relaxer chair 1 x coffee table and 2 side tables plus 1 standard lamp.
Other: Dining area has large glass and walnut table with six walnut chairs.

Towels and linen included. Property cleaned twice weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
Great for couples and families alike. There are two pools one ideal for children and one larger pool with bar and restaurant area with regular evening entertainment. There is internet access at hotel reception area, a haridressers and beauty salon offering ayuveda body massage, manicures etc.

Apartment is situated on first floor with no lift access.

2 x cane rocking chairs. 2 x cane chairs. 1 x 6ft lounger and 1 x glass/cane table. 2 shared pools. One with children's area and waterfall. The other adjacent to the bar restaurant where staff will be happy to bring drinks/food to you at poolside.

Coast/Beach
Beach at Calangute is situated 5 - 10 minute walk however there are numerous other beaches at Baga and Candolim which can be reached either by walking 25 mins or by taxi at around 75p.

Travel
The airport is situated approximately 50 minutes away and taxis will bring you into Calangute at a charge of around £10.

Further details
Just step outside the Braganza gates and you are in the town where there are numerous shops, market stalls, restaurants and bars.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required upon booking and balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 6 weeks in advance, the full amount will be due. A refundable £100 deposit will also be required to cover any damages.
