Casa Samsara is located on the outskirts of Arpora Village in a tranquil small development of just 10 properties with a shared pool. It has been finished and furnished to a high standard, open plan ground floor (kitchen, living room with one double bedroom and en-suite bathroom) and first floor (2 further en-suite double bedrooms, sofa bed to living room comfortably sleeps 7). Maid service 3 times per week. Taxi service. Catering service upon request. Arpora has a central location ideally situated for access to the famous Saturday night Market, numerous beaches Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Anjuna and Vagator all being a 5-10 min drive away, the quieter beaches of Morjim, Mandrem and Asvem are within a 20 min drive. Arpora is a thriving Goan village with numerous bars, restaurants and nightlife. The surrounding countryside is a combination of salt flats, woodlands, rice paddies and pivers making it a perfect area for bird watching. A great place to relax and feel part of a Goan community.

Prices for the property are per week in UK Pounds. During the period May - October 2009 a 20% discount will apply to all lets longer than an four week period.
Changeover day
We are very flexible on changeover days and or arrival times, depending on other bookings.

Notes on accommodation
The property is particularly cool during hot temperatures, fully enclosed with a compound wall, security is provided by an employed security company 24 hours a day therefore making Casa Samsara a safe location for those with children.

Accessibility
Two steps enter the property and a bedroom and bathroom is located on the ground floor. A taxi service is available from the property.
Outside
The properties exterior includes an entrance porch with hanging chair and bench seating, beautifully planted tropical gardens with a shared kidney shaped pool measuring approx. 11x5m. A gardener and pool boy are employed to ensure the pool and gardens remain in optimum condition. Security to the entrance gate ensures only Villa Vida's residents enter. Secure parking is available adjacent to the main entrance and security.
Coast/Beach
We are ideally located near numerous beaches. A 5 minute drive to the busy tourist beaches of Calangute and Baga lined with beach shacks, sunbed, shade, and waiter service, circus acts and beach sellers are assured to keep you amused . A 10 minute drive away are the more untouched beaches of Vagator and Anjuna famous for its Wednesday flea market. If a large empty beach is your idea of paradise only a 20 minute drive away are the magnificent tranquil beaches of Morjim, Mandrem and Asvem.
Travel
Casa Samsara is 40km from Dabolim Airport. Transfer time is approx 45 minutes. Airport transfers etc. can be arranged and or a dedicated driver (payable locally). Motor bikes and or car hire can be arranged locally if required.

Arpora Village 10 minute walk. Mapusa (Nearest Town) 6km.
Panaji (Capital) 12km. Vagator Anjuna 3km. Baga Calangute 2km.
Further details
Arpora village is just 2km from the 7km stretch of golden beach, which starts at Baga Headland. This once sleepy village is fast emerging from being a small village overshadowed by Baga, to being a lively place in its own right with restaurants and hotels spread along the main road and the Baga River road. The paddy fields and hills of the Baga headland are also popular spots for bird watching and this area is a centre for specialist Bird watching holidays. There are many restaurants in the area – from small beach shacks to local restaurants offering delicious fish, lobsters, prawns and Goan food to upmarket restaurants with wonderful menus featuring Italian, Portuguese and French cooking; you are spoilt for choice. Arpora now has its own nightclub built high on a hillside called Club Cubana. ATM machines can be found locally in Calangute.
Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit will be required to secure a booking. The balance to be paid twenty eight days prior to date of arrival. A refundable damage and loss deposit will be required on arrival.
