Spacious 1 bedroom apartments (1 with private balcony) overlooking shared pool and landscaped gardens. On a quite, secure complex built on Moorish architecture and developed to a high European standard. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with quality fittings. Situated in Arpora Village, Goa, there are a variety of shops and numerous bars and restaurants serving a range of Asian and European dishes all within walking distance. The hustle and bustle of Baga and Calangute is a 5 min drive as is the extensive sandy beach with its numerous shacks. The apartment is perfectly situated for experiencing a relaxing holiday but if you enjoying exploring then there are several secluded beaches, dolphin watching jungle treks, spice plantations. The apartment is also situated close to the famous Ingo's and Anjuna Flea markets. If you are new to Goa/India then you will be able to get assistance/advice from our English friends who are permanently resident on the complex.

Notes on accommodation
Included in the price is a meet and greet service. You will be met at the apartment by our English friends who will guide you through the facilities and the area and will also be available for assistance during your stay to ensure you get the most out of your holiday. 24 Hour gated security.
Accessibility
The 1st floor apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users as no lifts. The ground floor apartment has 5 steps to get into the apartment (see photo).
Outside
There is a good sized shared swimming pool on the site. Sunbeds are located around the pool for guests use. Patio furniture is available on the balcony if you wish to enjoy the pool view from the comfort of the apartment.
Coast/Beach
It is a 5 minutes drive to Baga Beach or a 10-15 minutes walk (approx 1.5km).
Golf
A manicured 18 hole golf course is approximately 30km from the resort (1hr either by taxi or hire car).
Travel
Dabolim airport 1 hour drive (50km). Pre-paid taxis are available outside arrivals. Taxi's and tuk tuks are available from the local area. Local bike or car hire is also available but not essential as many amenities are available locally.

Further details
You will need a visa before travel. Local travel agents can offer you trips to waterfalls, spice plantations, elephant, crocodile safari's, boat trips, dolphin trips and secluded beaches.
Booking notes
A £100 non returnable deposit payable on booking. Balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival or on booking if late booking is taken. A £50 breakages deposit is also payable at booking, this is returned following a check on departure. Payable in addition to tariff.
