Dona Rosa is a newly built Portuguese style property situated on the edge of the rural village of Fatrade near the small town of Varca in South Goa. Access to the miles of golden sandy beach, with its varied beach shacks serving mouth watering seafood, Goan and continental food is via a 500m walk along the adjacent service road and then through the palm fringed sand dunes. Other than the beach with its water sports, local facilities within easy walking distance include a selection of excellent restaurants and bars plus the renowned Ramada Caravela Beach resort hotel with its many facilities including 9 hole par 3 golf course and health spa. We have two 2 bed apartments with air conditioning, one ground floor and one 1st floor, both pool facing. The 1st floor unit has 2 terraces 1 north facing (shade all day) 1 west facing (sun in morning) the ground floor unit has 1 west facing terrace. The pool is for Dona Rosa Guests only. There is 24 hr security. Non smoking policy in both flats.

Notes on accommodation
There is full maid service with cleaning every other day. Towels changed every other day, bed linen changed twice a week. Personal laundry is available through maid charged locally.
Outside
Landscaped gardens and pool for the exclusive use of Dona Rosa clients and their guests only.
Travel
Airport transfer (approx. 45 mins) is arranged directly to apartment with key handover. This is paid for locally. Steve, the taxi driver, is available for hire at reasonable rates.
Local car and scooter hire available.
