The bungalow is newly built with high ceilings making it very cool and airy, the bedrooms are large, the kitchen is fully fitted, the living room is also quite large, giving plenty of space for 4 people. Air conditioning and ceiling fans to each bedroom and ceiling fan in the lounge.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds which accommodates up to 4 adults. All deposits are none refundable. Final payment due 10 weeks. before departure. contact me for prices for over 3 week stay. India visitors visa collection service, £15 per visa. email for more information. Please contact me for any requirements not mentioned.
Changeover day
The driver (Ram) will be notified of your arrival dates and departure dates, keys will be given and collected back by him, his telephone contact number will be provided to you in case of any problems (hopefully not) or for arranging trips etc.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are furnished with wrought iron beds (king size and two singles), Matching clothing units and bedside glass top tables, both rooms have A/C and ceiling fans, bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has a balcony |
| Bathrooms: |
Both bathrooms have a white toilet with matching sink and shower unit, both bathrooms have mirrored vanity units and are fully tiled. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen is fully fitted with wooden units and sink, there is a washing machine, a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric kettle,microwave oven, toaster, iron and ironing board, pots and pans, cutlery and tea towels. The kitchen floor and walls are tiled. |
| Utility Room: |
Mop, buckets, sweeping brush, washing line and pegs, cloths and tea towels are available for use in the bungalow. |
| Living Rooms: |
The lounge is furnished in cane with a 3 piece suite, large wall mirror and coffee table,tv with cable and dvd. Cane chairs and table for outside ceiling fan, tiled ceramic floor and french doors leading to the outside balcony and tiled large patio area. |

Television with english cable channels and air conditioning is supplied for your use at no extra cost. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
There is three sets of cotton bed linen for each bed, there are 12 hand towels and 12 bath towels that will be freshly laundered for your arrival. Included in the price is the taxi to collect you from and take you back to the airport if required. |
Notes on accommodation
The complex is very family friendly and on completion of the whole complex there will be a children's play area, badminton court, clubhouse and 2 swimming pools.

Accessibility
The property is on an incline but taxi drivers will drip off and pick up from the door.
Outside
The front and the rear of the property are tastefully tiled giving a spacious area for the use of sunbathing, bar-b-Q or just to relax on the provided patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
Anjuna beach is approx 1.5km, (close to the home of the famous hippy market where fantastic bargains can be found on Wednesdays). Other beaches can be found at nearby resorts like Baga, Calangute or Candolim, the best beaches can be found a little further away and can be reached by scooter/car or cheaply by taxi these are Turtle beach, Mandrim beach, Ashwam beach and Keri beach all are really spacious and the beach shacks provide wonderful food a ice cold drinks.
Travel
The transfer from and back go the airport is arranged for you and is included in your price. you will be collected by a tourist taxi driven by an experienced driver by the name of Ram, who will help with any needs during your stay. The airport is approx 45 minutes from the property and the return cost is approx £25 for each extra taxi.
Distances
The market at Anjuna is a must on Wednesdays and the Saturday evening bazzar should also not be missed. Trips to fantastic sights such as the water falls, spice plantation, fantastic almost empty hideaway beaches can all be arranged with the driver who collects you from the airport.
Further details
There is a small local shop for your essentials close by (maybe on site by June 2006) or a short trip by bike or car to the resort centers of Baga, Calangute or Candolim for great shopping like leather bags, belts, wallets, t.shirts and beach clothing at really good prices (you must haggle hard).
