Air-conditioned newly built 3 bedroom Keshia Kottage in a holiday complex, in a quiet and tranquil part of Anjuna, 3km from the Anjuna Beach. It is situated on a gentle hill side and at the rear is a forest, teeming with exotic bird life. The villa is located 15m in front of one of the two shared pools. It is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms with A/C (2 with en-suite and the 3rd with a separate bathroom), a modern fully fitted kitchen and a lounge with cable TV. The lounge and all 3 bedrooms have a pool view and have ceiling fans. The lounge and the master bedroom have separate balconies in the front, and a large patio at the rear with eating area. All windows and doors have mosquito nets installed, hence all rooms remain aerated and cool. A welcome pack awaits your arrival.

Arrival to the villa and departure times will be very flexible for individual bookings.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge is furnished with a 3 seater and a 2 single seater settee, a coffee table, cable TV with sports (can view Premiership football), DVD player and small collection of DVDs. A small dining area with table and 4 chairs. Rear patio with jungle view. |

Spare bedlinen, bath towels and hand towels are included. The villa will be cleaned once a week, extra cleaning can be arranged at a minimal charge (payable locally). Airport transfer can be arranged at a cheap rate, payable locally to the taxi driver. |

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children as the pool is in full view from all 3 bedrooms and the lounge. No smoking in the villa and no pets allowed.
Accessibility
The villa is a single story construction and has only 2 small steps leading to the front door, hence easily accessible for most people.
Outside
Keshia Holiday Kottages is a friendly and beautiful complex with stunning colourful gardens, 2 swimming pools, children's play area and 24 hour security. The villa has 2 front balconies and 2 rear patios, each accessible from the master bedroom and the lounge. The villa has a front and a rear garden with large piatio and built in dining area, which overlook into large natural woods (Jungle), teeming with exotic bird life.
Coast/Beach
Anjuna beach is approx 3km away (5 mins by taxi). Other nearby beaches are Vagator (4km north) Baga (4km south).
The Baga beach extends on to Calangute and Candolim beaches (10/15 mins by taxi). On the coastline, there are other beautiful beaches, which are easily accessible by taxi.
Travel
Dabolim airport is approx 1 hour by taxi. Airport transfer can be arranged and be paid locally. Scooter hire is popular and very cheap (approx £2 per day). Taxi rank is located just outside the complex. Most visitors prefer taxi for transport because it is cheap.
Distances
Anjuna village is 5 mins by taxi, Baga, Calangute, Vagator, Mapusa, Candolim are 10/15 mins by taxi. Panjim, the capital is approx 30 mins by car.
Further details
Anjuna village has 2 supermarkets which sell most things. Domino's Pizza do delivery service to the villa. A good selection of restaurants (all types of foods) close by. Money exchange and banks are in Anjuna, Baga, Calangute, Mapusa and many other places. Saturday night Ringo market (2km) is very popular with music, food and drink. Wednesday whole day market is in Anjuna. Go karting at Arpora (2km). Visits the water falls, Spice Plantation, crocodile and dolphin trips.
Booking notes
Booking by email is preferred. £50 non-refundable deposit required to secure the booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. £100 refundable deposit for damages to the property.
After the occupation of villa, there is no refund for early departure or shorter stay in the villa than the booked period.
