Newly built air-conditioned villa situated in peaceful location, comprising of 2 large shared swimming pools, badminton court and well maintained gardens. The holiday complex is gated and manned 24 hours with management office on-site. The villa is fully furnished with AC in both bedrooms, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area. As this villa serves as a holiday home for us too, it is equipped with all the necessary home furnishing that you may require including safe drinking water filter and cooking facility. Ideally situated giving you a tranquil holiday yet it is just over 1 mile to nearest beach and very convenient distance to the popular lively Calangate, Baga and Candolim beaches, with local shopping facility at Mapusa. Transfers from and to the airport is included in the price and you will be met by an English speaking Goan. As a thank you for booking with us, a complementary welcome pack await you on your arrival.

All gas, electricity and use of complex pools is included in the rental price. Includes pick-up and drop-off to Dabolim airport for 4 people. For additional taxi, please add £25/taxi.
Christmas and New Year period, minimum stay is 7 days. All other times the minimum stay is 5 days. Long term rent is negotiable, please call for information.

Accessibility
The entrance to the villa has two steps to the front door. Otherwise, all the villa internal is on the same level.
Outside
The complex is kept clean with on-site management team and well maintained with tropical palm trees, banana, mango and other very colourful flowering plantation. The shared swimming pools are family friendly with a children's shallow area. The entrance is gated and manned 24hrs, with an on-site office located at the entrance. Just outside the complex, you will find a local church, taxi's and friendly small shop for basic requirements with telephone for local and international calls.
Coast/Beach
Anjuna beach is just over a 1 mile away, close to the famous Sat and Wed evening markets for picking up a bargain. Calangate and Baga beach is around 15 mins away by taxi with lively atmosphere, great choice for food and cocktails and variety of water sports.
Candolim beach which is around 20 mins by taxi is quiet, ideal for relaxing with great food beach shacks.
Colva beach is around 1.5hrs by taxi, golden fine sand, ideal for family with variety of water sports. All with great sun set view.
Travel
Villa is about 1hr from Dabolim airport. Taxi's are plentiful and not expensive. Majority of the taxi drivers speak English and so getting around is convenient. There are also buses if you wish to experience the local transport. Scooters are popular with locals and can be hired, however it is advisable to do so through reputable companies.

Anjuna 5 mins. Baga Beach 15 mins. Calangute Beach 20 mins. Candolim Beach 30 mins. Colva Beach 1.5hrs. Dudhsagar 1.5hrs. Mapusa Town 1.5hrs. Panaji City 45 mins. All times are by taxi.
Further details
At all beach resorts there are plenty of shops and supermarkets selling local and UK items. The cities are ideal for currency exchange facilities and ATM machines. Along the beach, you will find a choice of shacks offering a variety of cuisines and cocktails for a very reasonable price.
Booking notes
Please call for all enquiries. Upon enquiry a booking form will be posted to you. A booking deposit of £100 (non-refundable) with the booking form is required to secure your booking with a security deposit of £100 (refundable upon inspection of the villa following your departure). Balance would be due 8 weeks prior to occupancy date. For all payments received, a receipt to confirm payment will be sent by post. A pickup/drop-off from airport is included (4 people), additional taxi is £25/taxi.
