This modern studio apartment is in a beautiful complex. The complex has recently been completed to the highest standard. There is a large shared pool with cushioned sun loungers provided. The gardens are landscaped and there are palm trees throughout. Arpora village has a good selection of restaurants and shops, the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the All Spice restaurant which is often regarded as one of the best traditional Indian restaurants in Goa. Calangute/Baga is only a 5 minute drive and has a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, nightlife and a fantastic beach with beach hut restaurants and bars. The apartment has a spacious balcony, air-conditioning and sky TV.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival preferred after 3pm and departure by 12 noon.

45 mins from Dabolim airport, a transfer can be arranged for approx £12.

Calangute/Baga - 5 min drive. Dabolim airport - 45 min drive. Mapusa - 15 min drive.
Booking notes
A £50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A £50 breakages deposit is also required which will be refunded after inspection on departure. Bookings of less than 6 weeks in advance will be required to pay in full.

‘Absolutely fantastic place to stay - the apartment was well equipped and the complex was nice and peaceful - perfect for relaxing. The complex has a lovely pool, with a supermarket and excellent restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Saffron Lounge). Baga/Calangute is a few minutes taxi ride away (100rupees - approx £1.30) and there are more taxis buzzing around in Goa than we saw in New York making it very easy to go exploring further afield! We had a lovely holiday over New Year and can't wait to go back! Thank you very much Laura’ Charlotte and Craig, Newcastle upon Tyne
