The bathrooms have running water heaters. Air conditioning provided on demand at extra cost. Theres is plenty of open space around the house that even pets can go around freely.

Roof top terrace is thatched with coconut leaves. You see the lush greenery of coconut and other tree tops in front across the view of the sea.

10 minutes walk to light house beach, Kovalam. 5 minutes drive to the beach. Beach at the Hawa Beach is of course the attraction of Kovalam.
Its diverse culture, Yoga and Ayurveda makes it an exotic location.

Golf club with a 9 hole course is available only at the Thiruvananthapuram city, wich is 12 kilometres away.
