However, the apartments enjoy a peaceful atmosphere because all the windows face onto a quiet street behind the boulevard or onto the courtyard. The apartment has all the grandeur and fine features of haute bourgeois style with a calm, uncluttered contemporary finish. It is located just off Andrassi Avenue (World Heritage Protected) on which is one of the most beautiful opera houses in Europe and many of the big designer names. It is also right next to Liszt Ferenc Ter which has become the cafe society square of Budapest. In front of the apartment on the boulevard is one of the main tram line stops and close by at the Octogon is a main metro line. Opposite the apartment building is The Corinthia Royal Hotel which is one of the three best hotels in the city.

There is also a formal dining area and a separate, fully fitted kitchen with all the standard appliances - gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill.

This apartment has a large kitchen/dining area (18sqm).
The kitchen has all the standard appliances - electric halogen hob, electric oven, fridge, and microwave with grill, which leads into a second room (34sqm) which serves as both bedroom and living room each area divided by screens.
This room had such magnificent proportions that the owner - an international architect - decided that a dividing wall was out of the question.
The screens can be moved to suit the mood and requirements of the occupants.
It has an electric circo central heating system.
