Public transport - Yellow metro line, buses, tram - are all very close making it ideal for exploring Budapest. Refurbished to a very high standard with a new kitchen, new bathroom, new central heating and newly decorated and comfortably furnished. It is on the ground floor and boasts high corniced ceilings, elegant tall windows and polished parquet wood floors. Changeover day is flexible and arrival and departure times vary depending on availability.

Towels and linen are included in the price. The apartment is cleaned before guests arrive and when they leave. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has full gas central heating with radiators and constant hot water. There is a large fan provided to cool you in the warmer weather. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Outside
In the evening you can sit outside on the benches in the communal courtyard.
Coast/Beach
Hungary has no beaches but Lake Balaton is about 2 hours drive by car from Budapest or by train. Well worth a visit if you are staying a little longer. Lake Velencei can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
Golf
There are local golf courses around Budapest and bigger courses approx 50 km away.
Travel
Ferihegy 1, Ferihegy 2/A and 2/B are about 15km away. Car hire is not necessary within the city as public transport facilities are excellent from the apartment.
Distances
All the main attractions of Budapest are extremely easy to get to either by walking or using the extensive public transport system.
Booking notes
30% Deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival. If booking last minute, then full payment must be made upon reservation. 100 Euro cash security deposit is required which is refundable upon departure.
