It is located at the lower end of Veres Palne Utca very close to the Main Market of Budapest and just a few minutes' walk from the Danube river at the Szabadsag Bridge. Across the river is the famous Gellert Hotel, renowned for its mineral baths. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars and shops close by. There is a 24 hour shop and a Tesco Express on Vamhaz Korut.

Malev - London(LON), Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Dublin to Budapest. Airport minibus service to centre or address. Local taxis easily available, price around 18 euros.

Airport: List Ferenc 1, List Ferenc 2 A and B are about 20 mins away by taxi or bus. Railway: Nyugati 1km away. The new Westend Shopping centre is at the railway station. It is one of the largest in Europe. The apartment is located in the Vth District, the most central part of Budapest. It is within walking distance of most major tourist attractions. The public transport service is excellent including trams, underground and bus.
Further details
There are several banks, bars and restaurants close by. The famous Market is just a few minutes' walk away. It has a large supermarket ‘Match’ in the basement. There is a 24 hour shop on Vamhaz krt. There are numerous money changing booths on Vaci Utca, just around the corner. An outlet of Tesco Express has opened up just off Vamhaz krt, about 5 minutes' walk away.
