My enquiries are grouped together on Gmail
To display enquiries as individual emails in your Gmail inbox, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Gmail account
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Conversation View" and switch it "off".
You will then be able to view all your enquiries individually.
