When looking at possible villa rentals most people will rightly look at the villa, how many it sleeps etc first, but don't forget that the location is also important. Then there is the help provided by the caretakers and also those little extras that many villas simply do not provide. If you want to go to the more commercial areas with crowded beaches Villa Kef is not for you. If you want a choice of beaches, a view, nice surroundings, little traffic and to experience Greek life in a village then look no further. We also have the essential EOT license. Google EOT to see why this is so important for you! Finally we do not do early or late offers as our prices are very reasonable all year. If you wish we can organise competitive car rental for you. Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The main double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a balcony to the front. The twin room has a fitted wardrobe and also a balcony to the front. Air-conditioning in both rooms. |
| Bathrooms: | The double bedroom has an en-suite wet room with shower. The twin room has a bathroom across the landing. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is of the highest quality with granite worktops. There is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine is in the downstairs shower room. There is an oven and a touch control electric hob, as well as a microwave. |
| Utility Room: | Downstairs toilet and shower cubicle with washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The downstairs is open plan and can be seen in the photographs. |
| Other: | From the ground floor the landing is reached via the marble staircase and here we provide some holiday reading. |

We supply towels, pool towels and linen but ask clients to bring their own beach towels. A hair dryer is also provided. We have an English caretaker and her husband looks after the pool for you. |

Notes on accommodation
The property has air-conditioning, mosquito blinds, wooden shutters and heating. Importantly for many we have English drainage, so no bins needed for toilet paper. The villa has broadband connection.
Accessibility
No wheelchair access.
Outside
The private pool is 7 X 4 metres and conforms to the regulations for holiday letting.
Coast/Beach
Being an island there are many superb beaches in close and easy driving distances. The locals favourite is Vatsa.
Travel
The airport at Argostoli is about one hour away and you can enjoy seeing the occasional plane in the distance coming into land whilst enjoying a drink on the balconies. Car hire is available at the airport. Look at flights from all major airports and even via Athens these days.
Distances
The village can supply essentials and Lixouri is just 10 minutes away. Lots of good tavernas everywhere.
Further details
Car hire is essential and therefore we can arrange the rental at a competitive price. You can stay by the pool and not move but this would be a great shame as there is lots to see and do.Havdata has some good facilities and the main town is just 10 minutes away by car.
Booking notes
We require a £50 deposit for each week booked and the balance is due not less than 8 weeks before the arrival date. We take credit cards as well as payment via PayPal. It is usually best to contact us by email in the first instance. A security deposit of £100 is required per week booked.
Guest comments
We had a very relaxing week at Villa Kef. The villa is very well equipped for self catering and is both comfortably, practically and tastefully appointed. The pool is beautiful and very clean, big enough for swimming and an essential cooling off facility.
We very much enjoyed the taverna at Rifi where the food was delicious and very reasonably priced at c. 40/50 euros for four adults including drinks.
We have a moment to e-mail you about our wonderful holiday in Villa Kef. The whole experience was fantastic and it took us a while to settle when we came home...wished we were still there! It started off well from the moment we booked as we were able to chat to you directly with any questions that we had. Your directions from the airport to the villa were excellent and tips about local tavernas,services etc very useful. Villa Kef was a delight and a breath of fresh air. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the village location.
