| Each villa comprises 3 floors with 3 double bedrooms capable of accommodating 2-6 people, and 3 luxury bathrooms all fully air conditioned. The lower floor offers a two beds bedroom with bathroom and benefits the advantage of a private entrance with steps that lead directly to the garden and pool. The ground floor offers a cozy living/ dining room with satellite TV, DVD and fireplace. The fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker benefits its secluded space with its own patio door right next to the BBQ. All openings lead directly to the fully landscaped garden and the pool. The stairs take you to the upper floor which comprises of two double bedrooms with a bathroom and balconies all around. Each of the two villas are private, not sharing any of their facilities. Coast/Beach
Some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the southern part of the island, like Makris and Platis Gialos in Lassi, Avithos, Minies and Ai Helis are a minutes drive away, while the nearest beach, Ammes, is 1km away.

The area has many traditional Greek villages where you will find taverns serving Greek and Kefalonian dishes.
Booking notes
Bookings minimum for a week. A 30% deposit of the total cost is required for confirming a reservation and the balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival with a direct bank transfer.
