Kitchen: An impressive and well equipped kitchen/diner, overlooking & opening onto, pool terrace. Appliances include oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, plus a host of essential small appliances & all accessories. Extending dining table & chairs.
Utility Room: Storage including ironing board/iron, drying facilities, vacuum, first aid, high chair, travel cot, picnic/coolbox and hairdryer.
Living Rooms: Spacious, light and contemporary furnished living room with open fireplace, twin sofas & sliding doors to pool terrace. Home comforts include LCD TV, DVD & CD, PS2 and a varied selection of movies, music and games for all ages.

Cleaning/laundry/linen change etc prior to arrival & on request if required (payable locally). Towels etc provided (except beach towels).

The whole villa benefits from warm/cool air conditioning - climate control (weekly surcharge) & shuttered windows for warm evenings. Excellent location for comfortable access to all local facilities.

The villa benefits from a generous walled garden with its own pool (8x4m) and ample stone and tile terraces with part covered pergolas and maturing olive and citrus trees. There is a traditional Greek barbecue and quality garden furnishings for dining, or loungers for soaking up the sunshine. The eye-catching sunken courtyard offers further scope for peaceful relaxation or al fresco meal times in sun or shade, while the furnished roof terrace with both sea and hillside views will suit devout sun worshippers!

Coast/Beach
Only 700m from the small sandy beach at St Nicolas (Navarone) Bay, & a scenic if energetic walk or 2 mins drive from Lindos & St Pauls Bay (1.5km) Pefkos (Pefki) is a little further in the opposite direction & has numerous beaches. Each have something different to offer, but unbroken blue skies, crystal clear seas & long sunny days are common to all.

Par 72 golf course at Afandou approx 25 mins by car.

Travel
The modern & efficient Rhodes Airport is approx 45km or 35 mins by car, taxi, bus or coach. Fares are pre-set to all destinations should you prefer not to drive. Car hire is highly recommended to fully appreciate all Rhodes has to offer, & is readily available at the airport upon landing or pre-booked in high season.

Distances
From the stunning setting of Lindos (1.5km), you may also choose to visit Rhodes Town (50km) for its history or cosmopolitan shopping or the water park at Faliraki (35km). The Valley of Butterflies and Seven Springs (25km) or any of the vast choice of ancient archaeological and historical sites dotted around the island. The nearest mini market / essentials shop & snack bar is barely a 3 minute walk & is excellent for lazy lunches or a cold beer. On the sandy beaches in and around Lindos, you can relax and enjoy endless sunshine and excellent facilities or for the active there are plenty of water sports. By night you can sample a wide variety of International or Greek cuisine offered by an abundant choice of rooftop restaurants & traditional tavernas, or take advantage of the bustling but unobtrusive cafe/bar culture, all set amongst a picturesque and historic backdrop. Shopping, market stalls, mini-markets, pharmacies, ATMs/cashpoints etc all easily accessible.
