Ecological[no chlorine, means the swimming pool's water doesn't smell chlorine] private, 30ft by 15ft swimming pool, large patio, barbecue area and balconies to upstairs bedrooms. Outside area laid to lawn while around the outside of the house is tiles.

Equidistant between Aghia Paraskevi and Kolios, 3 minutes drive. Banana beach, Koukounaries beach, 5 min.

Skiathos International airport is 10 minutes away.

The restaurants of Aghia Paraskevi and Kolios are only 3 minutes drive away, Troulos 4 minutes and Skiathos town is a 7 minute drive away.
