The luxurious housing estate "Europesvillas" was built in 2006 having as its purpose to provide to customers the best accommodation and to show mainly to foreigners visitors the warm hospitality of locals. In an area of 7000 sq.m. having as view the bay of Argostoli and the castle of St George idyllic landscape gardens surround the area with the colour and the scent of the Ionian Sea. The villas are in Fokata - Lakithra, a beautiful village near Argostoli. The villas have a distance of 6km from Argostoli and 3km from the airport. In a distance of about 700 metres you can find traditional taverns, cook and bakery shop as well as mini markets. We are only 10 minutes away from many wonderful beaches.

Changeover day
The departure time must be until 12 pm. We change towels and sheets and clean the house three times a week but that of course is flexible after a previous arrangement with our customers.

Villa Armonia

| Villa Armonia has a large living room, a big kitchen, 2 bedrooms and one big bathroom. The one bedroom has a double bed and the other one two single beds. Each bedroom has two bedside tables, big wardrobes, A/C, a mirror. The living room has two sofas which can be used as beds, a small table and a bigger table with four chairs. As far as the kitchen appliances are concerned the villa has a coffee pot, a toaster, microwave oven. It also has a refrigerator and an electric stove. The bathroom is big and it has a shower and a washing machine and of course a hairdryer. | |
Notes on accommodation
Both villas have A/C to all rooms and mosquito net to all windows. They also have DVD Player, CD Player, TV ( LCD 32''), satellite TV and a safe. We have a car also available for our guests which they can rent after some arrangement.
Accessibility
Both villas have one floor and they do not have stairs so people with mobility problems are able to be accommodated.
Outside
Every villa has a private swimming pool, private garden and barbeque. In every garden you will find tables and deck chairs on the big veranda. You will also find tables and chairs at the barbeques and finally there are bicycles so that you are able to exercise in this lovely environment. The swimming pool is about 40 sqm.
Coast/Beach
The distance that we have from the nearest beaches is only 4 km. It will only take you 10 minutes to reach by car many wonderful sandy beaches. Most of them are very well organised with umbrellas and snack bar.
Travel
The only airport in Kefalonia is only 4 km away from our villas. The distance from the bay of Argostoli is about 6 km. The other two harbours are about 40 km away from our villas. The use of a car is essential.
Distances
Europesvillas have a distance of about 6km from Argostoli, the capital of the island and 4km from the local bus station. In a distance of about 700 metres you will find bakery shop, traditional taverns, cook shop as well as mini - market.
Further details
The area in which our villas are built is ideal because you can find a peaceful atmosphere where you can enjoy your holidays. At the same time the capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli is very near. In Argostoli you will find all the banks, big supermarkets, post office and hospital. We are situated about in the middle of the island so it is very easy to get to the other places all around in Kefalonia. We own a personal vineyard so every year we invite our customers to participate to the vine harvest and the making of the wine in order to see in person the traditional way of making wine.
Booking notes
Reservations should be made at least 20 days earlier. In order to make a reservation you must fill in the reservation form in our website and after a communication through email or by telephone, we will make the reservation. With the reservation you must send a deposit of 30% of the whole amount. Three weeks before the arrival you must arrange the repayment of the sum. In case you cancel the reservation 10 days before the arrival, there will be no return of the money.
