Several villages and sights are in the vicinity, such as the famous Cape Sounion with it's magical sunset and ancient temple, picturesque Porto Rafti harbour, shopping 'heaven' Glifada, Saronida, Anavisos with it's many fish restaurants etc. It has a large sunny private garden with swimming pool. An organised sandy beach is at 500m, mini market and bakery at 400m, various other shops and restaurants at 1km.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms in the apartment are suited with individual central heating and the living room had a large open fire place. Due to it's location and isolation, all rooms in the apartment are cool in summer and at a comfortable temperature in winter, making it suitable for occupancy both in summer and in winter.
Accessibility
The property is easily accessible located on the ground floor, with no specific facilities for wheelchair users.
Outside
The large sunny garden at the back includes wooden outdoor furniture (large table with six chairs) and two large sun umbrellas. The private swimming pool (8x4m) is equipped with two relax beds and can be heated in winter.
Coast/Beach
There are dozens of sandy organised and non organised beaches in the area. The closest beach to the apartment is at just 500m and includes three beach bars, relax chairs, umbrellas etc. At 700m is another beach with restaurant, small kindergarten, free basketball and tennis courts and beach volley facilities.

The apartment is located at 20 minutes drive from Athens International Airport. Taxi from and to the airport from the apartment costs about 40 euro.

About the owner
My name is Constantin, I am 45 years old a Dutch/Greek national and a journalist by trade.
My wife and I both used to live in Athens, but 6 years ago after holidaying in the area, we decided to move to the lovely seaside village of Lagonissi.
It is a quiet place with beatiful sandy beaches and at only a 40 minutes drive to Athens by car.
Our property is a two storey villa on a dead en road, at just 500m from the sandy beach and 600m from the Express Bus station to Athens centre.
My wife, myself and our 9 year old son, live on the second floor of the villa and are always available for any information or assistance.
