Notes on prices
Prices are a guide for the full rental of the property per day in euros for a party up 8 people. An additional charge of 50 euros per person per week will be made for guests exceeding this number. The villa is available all year round at negotiated prices for 2008 outside the periods set out above. Discounts for lets in excess of 14 nights and low occupancy.

Ideal for a peaceful holiday, scenic location, close to several beaches and village life. This brand new villa of 200sqm is well laid out with the attractive entrance on the first floor. The villa stands in 4500sqm of land completely private and not overlooked by any other properties. Affording total peace and tranquillity. It is south facing and with a delightful view of Tzortzi Ghialos beach.

Outside
Apart from offering the jaw dropping view of the beach, the external covered terrace directly overlooks the 10m long swimming pool and sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols. On the terrace is a large wooden dining table and chairs, at night this area is swathed in colourful relaxing mood lighting making the night time experience almost as pleasurable as the day. To complete this, at the end of the terrace is a built-in barbecue. The pool area with the sunbathing terrace can also be a day or night experience as the planter and surround lighting and swimming pool lights set the scene for atmospheric relaxing bathing.
Coast/Beach
Tzortzi Ghialos beach is only a 10 minute walk away. There are several amazing beaches, all of which are within walking distance, making this villa’s location one of very few with such a fine choice of perhaps the best beaches on the Island.
Travel
For those who prefer an escorted transfer to their villa, this can be arranged only in advance for an extra charge of 35 euros per arrival. Clients will be met on arrival at Patitiri port and given driving instructions to the villa as well as a welcome letter including telephone numbers to office/representatives.
