Air-con in sitting room, all windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets. Only to small sets of steps (2 steps on the main door and 2 in front of the balcony door to the pool/veranda area). Surrounding land is flat, and is quite safe for children.
Outside
The outside area has been kept as untouched as possible, around the houses is a lawn area with flowerbeds, while most of the old trees have been preserved.
